Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

The easiest and tastiest Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks. Keep this great recipe on rotation with your family. Only three simple ingredients. Absolutely delicious!

Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks

Air Fryer Chicken Legs

I am the cook, my husband is the grill man. With his work hours, it is sometimes hard to get family dinner to the table on time and still have the taste of a grilled entree.

The Air Fryer has been incredibly helpful to this dilemma. It is healthy. It is quick and easy. It is all done from my kitchen counter.  If you want the lovely taste of fried chicken but don’t want all the fat associated with it, these easy air fryer chicken legs are you solution. Only 3 ingredients and you can have your air fryer drumsticks cooked in 40 minutes time. Insert. Cook. Walk away.

Ingredients for Chicken Drumsticks

These incredibly easy Air Fryer Italian Drumsticks only have three ingredients.

Air Fryer Chicken Drumsticks Ingredients

Chicken Drumsticks Ingredients:

  • 6 Drumsticks
  • Italian Seasoning Packet
  • 1 Stick Butter (Melted) – Follow this melting butter trick in our Backing Hacks and Tips.

We recommend you have Italian Seasoning as a staple in your kitchen pantry. This one is frugal friendly.  As a guide, use two tablespoons of Italian seasoning dry mix in place of one packet of Italian seasoning mix.

If you like our Ceramic Rae Dunn Salt and Pepper Cellars, you can grab them here.

Save this recipe for later. Print your recipe and add it to your recipe box or recipe binder! This is my favorite Recipe Binder – I get tired of printing the same recipe over and over. A binder keeps me organized and gives me a place to store my recipes.

Download this free Outdoor Journal for Kids. Insects printable booklet for discovery about bugs, insects, spiders, and other creepy crawlies! The perfect bug diary companion and observation journal for your kids.

Insects for Kids Booklet

I guess I didn’t understand an obsession with bugs until I had boys. Not that girls can’t appreciate bugs, they just didn’t. Elijah, my third child, spends a lot of time in mulch with his construction set looking for bugs to scoot along.

Identify parts of a bug, count the number of bugs on a page, and draw your own bug in this observation journal for kids

Copycat Chili’s Cookie Skillet – AKA Pizookie

Amazing Copycat Chili’s Cookie Skillet – AKA BJ’s Pizookie on Frugal Coupon Living. One of our favorite cookie desserts made to perfection in a cast iron skillet.

Copycat Chili’s Cookie Skillet

Copycat Chili's Cookie Skillet - AKA Pizookie

This recipe is one our favorite desserts! We love going to Chili’s and grabbing the cookie dessert. It’s warm, cold, crunchy and creamy, it has everything you want in a sweet treat! The smell when the cookie comes out is delightful. Comfort food in a skillet. Containing a melty, crunchy cookie topped with a scoop of ice cream. Dig into it with a spoon and you won’t be disappointed! Instead of splurging on the pizookie next time you’re at Chili’s or perhaps BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, make your own at home anytime! Enjoy!

Chili’s Skillet Cookie Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

You will need a smaller cast iron skillet. I recommend this highly rated 8-inch pre-seasoned cast iron skillet with over 20,000 positive Amazon reviews! It has a handle, but does NOT come with a cast iron handle cover.

If you want one with a head resistant hand sleeve, consider this set of three cast iron skillets or this set of one preseason cast iron skillet with handle cover. Either work fine. An 8 inch round pan is fine too!

Chili’s Cookie Skillet Directions

The recipe is incredibly easy. Worth the time it takes for this tasty perfection!

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place small skillet or 8″ round pan over low heat and melt butter.
  3. Add sugar, brown sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended.
  5. Add in chocolate chips and stir to evenly distribute.
  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into slices and top with vanilla ice cream.

5-5-5 Method for Eggs

When cooking hard boiled eggs, some remember the 5-5-5 method. Five minutes of electric pressure cooker, five minutes of rest before opening the lid, five minutes of an ice water bath. (However, we did 20 minutes and they turned out perfectly. Consider me a perfectionist or maybe just truthfully a forgetful mother.) Both time worked perfect staying true with the 5-5-20 or 5-5-5 method.
