We simply love this Sonic Ocean Water – it’s perfect for summer, by the pool or a sweet treat for the kids. If you are into Dr Suess, we find this makes a yummy Dr Seuss Party Idea that goes perfect with the “One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish” theme.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Coconut Extract
  • 4 drop Blue Food Coloring
  • 24 oz Sprite
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Combine water and sugar in microwavable bowl.
  2. Microwave for 45 seconds and stir to create a simple syrup.
  3. Allow to cool, then add food coloring and coconut extract.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add syrup to cold Sprite and serve over ice.

I suggest adding Swedish Fish but place them to the side or serve in the beverage at the last minute – these gummies are no fun when they are cold and wet.

Natural Clean Eating Paleo Recipes

What does Paleo Mean? As defined by Webster, Paleo means older or ancient, especially relating to the geological past. The Paleo diet is based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans. The diet consists of foods that can be hunted or fished like meat, organ meat and seafood and foods that can be gathered like eggs, fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices.

In an effort to stay true to it’s meaning, all these Paleo Recipes consist food that is not genetically engineered. The recipes contain ingredients from the earth that are natural and without chemicals. Remember Paleo does not mean weight loss. Many of the foods are low and fat and sugars, but when going after a weight loss program, focus on calorie counting. Enjoy these Natural Clean Eating Paleo Recipes!
