We are finally settling in the DC Metro area. I say finally loosely as we moved up here from Florida in June 2015, but it has taken us that long to finally get a home together. I am a “frugal” website (individual) and always try to shop with the budget in mind.  Sometimes I am hindered by keeping money in check when I don’t set the budget.
