What is Chat Books? Turn Your Facebook Photos into a Photo Book!

What is Chat Books?

I know many of you have seen the commercials or ads for Chatbooks. One of my goals this year was to simplify the process of everything I do. Basically, with 3 kids now, I need to make things easier on myself. I wasn’t sure how to make the whole picture thing easier, until I saw an ad for Chatbooks. I was in love at first order.

Finally, your digital photos are used

I think one of the best parts of Chatbooks is that all the pictures that you snap are finally going to be used. I love snapping pictures with my phone, it has become the main way I capture precious moments. However, uploading those pictures can be a real pain. Often, I place these photos on my social media accounts (Instagram or Facebook) but they never make it to my computer files, let alone a memory book!

60 photos for $8

This book is frugal! I think all the budgeting moms can do a little dance, just like I did, when they find out they can get 60 quality photos for $8. If you are new, with this referral, your first book is FREE! The quality is outstanding. I have ordered a few for myself and I have been impressed with the quality every time. For the busy mom, the budgeting mom, or whatever kind of mom/dad/grandparent/aunt/uncle you are, you will love Chatbooks.

Options are kept simple

Everything seems to be more complicated these days. I like that Chatbooks makes everything simple. There is only one size. You don’t get to pick multiple sizes. You don’t get to pick multiple designs. It is a simple book full of your pictures. Personally, I get caught up in the whole design process anyway, which can be frustrating. I am all for simple and that’s what you get with Chatbooks. Life really doesn’t need to be more complicated anyways, does it?

Great way to organize those photos

I have to admit that I have photos in the cloud, photos on my phone, photos everywhere. It’s hard to keep track of everything. However, Chatbooks has allowed me to be organized and print photos. I always put off the photo printing process, but not anymore. When my kids get older, they will be able to have an organized process of looking through their photos and I love that. I love that each photo is attached to the date and the message you gave it on social media. So not only do you have the image, you also have the date and what you wrote about the memory.

Why not give it a try?

Don’t make your digital photo process more complicated, keep it simple with Chatbooks. A 60-page book full of your digital photos, no complications, no overdone designs, just pictures of your beautiful family that you will love.

  1. Sign up for Chatbooks.
  2. Connect to your Facebook, Instagram, or Phone Photos.
  3. Once you link your Instagram or Facebook account(s) to your Series, your photos download in chronological order. You can rearrange your photos or exclude any photos you don’t want in your Chatbooks. You can add captions, move photos around, change a book title, and other features… or keep it as is!
  4. When you like it, go ahead and order!
  5. Make as many Chatbooks as you want! Don’t forget your first book is FREE!

Have you used Chatbooks? What did you love about it?

FREE Kitchen Essentials Kit including Mrs. Meyer’s Hand Soap + Dish Soap ($25 Value)

This post may contain affiliate links or ads. Read my privacy policy and disclosure policy here.

April 4, 2017 by Ashley at Frugal Coupon Living Filed Under: Coupons, Online Shopping

Are you an avid blog reader, Instagram follower, frequent pinner on Pinterest? If so, you probably are like me and think there are two people – those with clean kitchens and the rest of us. Let’s be honest, most of those kitchens are perfectly shot with the dirty dishes, the wet sponges, and the rest of the stuff quickly hidden behind the lens. I tend to fall into the rest of the category where there is no where else to toss the mess unless I stay consistent with the upkeep.

Right now, when you sign up for Grove Collaborative, you can get this FREE kitchen essentials kit including Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap + dish soap, Grove Collaborative kitchen towel, Grove Collaborative walnut scrubber sponges, free shipping + free 60 day VIP trial.

Kitchen Tips:

Tackle a little each day: Don’t set a day to deep clean the kitchen, set aside 10 minutes each day. After all, this is the area of the home you frequent the most. It’s also the area that gets the most activity. Even though  in the evenings I wear the roll of cook, homework helper, bath giver, and more, I give the kitchen to myself assigning everyone else the other home tasks. This allows me to have the most control and to keep the area the best maintained. With ten minutes set aside each day, this equates for over an hour in the kitchen a week keeping it clean and running.

Keep clutter away: One thing that makes the kitchen look the worse, is clutter on the countertops. Anything that you can put away (coffee pots, juicers, mixers, knife set, etc) helps the area look cleaner and better kept. This also bring a sense of organization and leaves rooms for things like candles  and flowers which can immediately give a feeling of relaxation!

Use beautiful cleaning supplies: I know it sounds silly, but I’m way more motivated to clean and do dishes if I have nice supplies that I look forward to using. For example, Mrs. Meyer’s hand soaps and dish soaps are made with essential oils and plant-derived ingredients, so they smell amazing and don’t irritate my skin. Plus, the matching set looks so nice sitting next to my sink!

Grove Collaborative’s is dedicated to helping everyone create a healthy, beautiful home. The company grew out of a simple belief: the best natural products for your home and family should be the easiest to get. Shop your favorite brands brands including Mrs. Meyer’s, Method, Seventh Generation, Tom’s of Maine, and more.

When you try Grove now and and place your first order of $20, here’s what you’ll get:

  • Free Mrs. Meyer’s Hand Soap
  • Free Mrs. Meyer’s Dish Soap
  • Free Grove Collaborative Kitchen Towel
  • Free Grove Collaborative Walnut Scrubber Sponges

This offer also comes with free shipping & 60 day VIP trial. The free 60 day VIP trial is especially convenient. VIPs get free shipping, which makes it easy to keep your home stocked up on essentials from favorite brands like Mrs. Meyer’s, Seventh Generation, and Method. Plus you’ll get free gifts, price matching, exclusive sales, and extra-fast customer service.

I am a REALLY big fan of their kitchen towels. Search Grove Collaborative Kitchen Towel. These hand towels are the best I have seen. They are thick and absorbent and durable – I struggle to find a good hand towel I can claim to love.

Go grab your kitchen essentials kit now — supplies are limited and this offer ends February 28. Here’s how it works:

  1. Sign up for Grove Collaborative here. You will receive the Kitchen Essentials Set for free when you sign up!
  2. Answer 4 quick questions about your home that Grove Collaborative will then use to customize your first basket — this takes under 30 seconds!
  3. Once you’ve answered the questions, you can finalize your basket of products to suit your household needs by adding or removing items.
  4. To receive this offer, your order needs to be a minimum of $20. Choose the combination of products and scents you love and receive in your first box.
  5.  You made it! Click Finish & Pay and place your order.

Already a Grove customer? They’ll add a Mrs. Meyer’s hand soap to your next order for free. Just click here!

The LEGO Batman Movie

In theaters Friday, February 10 , 2017

Everything is STILL AWESOME with The LEGO Batman Movie.  This weekend my family and I had a chance to screen the latest movie.  Still filled with the same spirit and fun as The LEGO® Movie, this movie did not disappoint. My husband and I loved the wit and dry humor that picked up from years of Batman, Robin and Joker movies. We both got the pun, not having seen many Batman movies in the past.  My girls (ages 7 and 8) loved the silly and entertaining characters. They also loved the girl power displayed in the movie. Robin was a hoot and both girls just fell in love. The main focus what the battle between Batman and the Joker, but also a huge point was working together as a team or as a family.  Additionally, we loved the focus of friends are family (and of course family are friends!) Through the emotions of a selfie, the journey is deep in this Batman adventure! Ten thumbs up from this family of 5!

In the irreverent spirit of fun that made “The LEGO® Movie” a worldwide phenomenon, the self-described leading man of that ensemble – LEGO Batman (Will Arnett) – stars in his own big-screen adventure. But there are big changes brewing in Gotham, and if he wants to save the city from The Joker’s (Zach Galifianakis) hostile takeover, Batman may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up.

Terra’s Kitchen Meal Delivery Service #arecipeforreallife

February 6, 2017 by Ashley at Frugal Coupon Living Filed Under: Instagram, Online Shopping

What’s for dinner? Is that a familiar phrase in anyone else’s home? Many times, I don’t even think about dinner until the question is asked at 5 pm. Then I find myself in a position, opening the pantry and fridge to find ingredients and create a meal for the table that is pleasing to everyone in the home.

This has become a problem…but problem solved!

Terra’s Kitchen is a weekly meal delivery service focused on delivery technology to bring you healthy, prepped ingredients. The service does almost all of the slicing, dicing, and chopping so that you can have dinner ready in 30 minutes or less.

I think one of my favorite things about Terra’s kitchen was the ability to customize my order. When Terra’s Kitchen first approached me to work together, I have to admit I was apprehensive. I thought oh no, not another food service after having terrible luck with another company. Additionally, a New Year’s resolution for our family was to eat healthy in the new year. I worried, ordering from this website was going to kill our diet new lifestyle. I was pleasantly surprised to see I could customized food diets to fit our home. Before even looking at the food choices, I checked the boxes low calorie, gluten free, paleo, and weight loss (if you are not a meat eater, you could also check vegetarian.) With these choices, I picked two meals my family LOVED – Sweet Potato, Bacon and Kale Hash and Cauliflower Fried Rice. Also in my meal kit I added shrimp and edamame.

The service sends all their food in a climate-controlled vessel, which is easily returned and reused up to 100 times. You will receive an email that your food is on your doorstep. Best of all, if you are not home your vessel will continue to keep your fresh ingredients safe and cool. After you receive and empty your vessel, TK supplies you a date where your food is automatically picked up. Just peel the return label and set it outside your door.

The two meals my family ordered were Cauliflower Fried Rice and Sweet Potato, Bacon and Kale Hash. We also tossed in some shrimp and edamame to go with our cauliflower recipe.

Sweet Potato, Bacon and Kale Hash: Low-Calorie, Paleo, Weight Loss, Ingredients, crisp bacon, kale, onion, skillet-roasted sweet potatoes ($9.99/serving)

Cauliflower Fried Rice: Low-Calorie, Vegan, Vegetarian, Weight Loss, Ingredients, asian spiced, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower rice, corn, red onion ($10.99/serving)

Night one, we had the sweet potato hash. I was only going to serve it to my husband and I as my kids don’t prefer sweet potatoes. Once the kids smelled it, they demanded having the same meal as us, over their favorite taco soup! My husband personalized his dish and fried an egg placing it on top.

The second night we had the cauliflower fried rice. I added the shrimp and edamame I placed as extras my cart. I sauteed the shrimp in garlic and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos (a soy sauce substitute our family uses) and I kept the corn out (I did not want a starchy veggie.) My kids had no idea the meal was even cauliflower and not rice! They both claimed they were eating rice – fine by me! I told them the truth, after their bowl was licked clean.

I loved that the step by step recipes are provided in the box. It is something I could easily make over and over in my own home. I think my biggest frustration with the fried rice recipe was not having a food processor. I knew when I ordered my veggies were cut, but I was provided a cut up head of cauliflower but not cut up enough that it was riced. Instead I tossed the cauliflower in the blender. The recipe suggested a food processor or, if you don’t have that, a box grater – I thought I would cut myself using a grater with small pieces of cauliflower.

This healthy food delivery is flexible. If you do not wish to continue to receive Terra’s Kitchen shipments, go into your account after your first order to skip weeks or cancel.

Right nwo you can save $30 off your first order with code FRUGALASHLEY30. What’s on your family’s dinner menu?

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Terra’s Kitchen. The opinions and text are all mine.
