Crock-Pot Baked Potatoes Recipe

Check out this easy slow cooker recipe for making the perfect tender side for your dinner entree’.

Ingredients:

6 large Baking Potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Directions:

Scrub and dry potatoes.
Pierce each potato 6-8 times with a fork.
Rub each potato with about a teaspoon of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and wrap in aluminum foil.
Place in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Rustic Beef Stew with Vegetables Recipe

I love Slower Cooker (Crock-Pot) recipes. They are great for your evening and make cooking and cleaning up simple. This Rustic Beef Stew is sure to please even the non vegetable lover. With the secret ingredient of Worcestershire Sauce your family will ask for more!

Ingredients:

2 pounds Beef Roast, cubed
1/2 cup Flour
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 large Onion, chopped
2 cups Beef Broth
1 lb Potatoes cubed
1 lb Baby Carrots (optional – cut up carrots for smaller pieces)
2 stalks Celery, chopped
2 tbsp Brown Gravy mix
2 cup Water

Directions:

Place meat in slow cooker.
In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper and pour over meat. Stir to coat meat with flour mixture.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours.
Remove bay leaf before serving.

Here is an easy way to prepare your Italian Dinner. Make the morning off and enjoy coming up to an already prepared supper.

Ingredients:

1 lb Ziti or Rigatoni
2 24 oz jars Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb frozen pre-cooked Meatballs
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan as desired

Directions:

Rinse uncooked pasta in warm water and allow to drain.
Pour 1/2 jar sauce on bottom of slow cooker.
Add 1/2 pasta.
Add 1/2 meatballs.
Add 1/2 jar sauce on top of meatballs.
Add 1 cup cheese.
Add remaining pasta, then remaining meatballs.
Add remaining Sauce, then cheese.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese before serving.
