Roll a Santa Dice Game Printable and How to Play Directions.

Roll a Santa Dice Game Printable

This is such a cute game! Played with multiple players, the first one to roll a Santa wins. You can play it in the classroom with a large class of students or play at home over the winter break to eliminate shrills of “I’m bored!” The game can be played with one person but it more fun being played with 2 or more.

Roll a Santa Dice Supplies:

  • Roll a Santa Dice and Santa Template
  • Scissors
  • Glue stick
  • Crayons or colored pencils

Roll a Santa Directions:

First print out your dice template and Santa template.

Next cut out your dice template.

Fol at the dotted lines to shape your dice.

Apply glue to the edges of the dice (looks like a trapezoid.)

Fold into the shape of a dice.

Apply tacky glue edges into the dice and press together to close.

Apply tape to any exposed edges

Finally enjoy the game.

How to to Play Roll a Santa Game

It’s very easy to play this game. You need at least two players if turning this into a game (of course, your child can play alone too.)

Play one rolls the dice and draws the Santa part facing the top of the dice.

Play two rolls the dice and draws he Santa part facing the top of the dice.

This occurs with player one, two, three and so on.

If at any point during the game, the player rolls directions to draw apart of the Santa that they already have drawn, that player looses a turn.

Player one and two (etc.) alternate until the first person has the entire Santa drawn. The first person to draw a complete Santa, is the winner!

What is Elf on the Shelf?

Elf on the Shelf is a Christmas Tradition. The tradition has a book and a elf doll. The book is poetic and in rhyme sharing the purpose of the Elf’s visits. The Elf visits each Thanksgiving. He/She goes and returns from the North Pole each evening. Every morning he can be found in a new location in the house. The Elf has been found in the refrigerator, fishing in the toilet, writing messages on the mirror or hanging from the lights. It is VERY IMPORTANT, the Elf is not touch each evening or his Christmas magic will be lost! Each family is able to name their special elf. The elves return to their home (Santa’s North Pole Work shop) every Christmas Eve. An Elf’s Story can also be found on DVD

Online you can find ENDLESS Elf on the Shelf Accessories, Books, Games and Toys.

Witness this Christmas with the Legend of Candy Cane Poem. This free printable gift tag reminds your receiver of Jesus, the Shepherd, and His blood shed for our sins.  It’s a cute gift for church, Sunday School, Awana and more!

Candy Cane Poem Printable

Does your family have any Christmas Traditions?  We have two traditions we have been pretty consistent about. First, we have done Elf on the Shelf from the time the kids were very young. This of course if very fun and a good way to enforce good behavior over the excitement of the Christmas season. We also try to reign it home with the reason for the season – Jesus.  This can be done via Advent Calendars or Birthday Cakes for Jesus (coming soon!) We also love to share the message of these season with our Candy Cane Poem Printable.

Candy Cane Poem Gift

When you are apart of a bible study or Sunday school group, gifting to the entire group can feel rather daunting. Your group is likely quite important to you and you want to show a little thought but spending money on everyone isn’t very friendly on the wallet. For those of us who have the love language of giving gifts, this frugal friendly Candy Cane Poem is for you!

Look at the candy cane, what do you see?
Stripes that are red, like the blood shed for me.
White is for my Savior, who’s sinless and pure!
J is for Jesus, my Lord,
That’s for sure!
Turn it around and a staff you will see;
Jesus, my shepherd, was born for me!

The poem is a cute way to witness over the Christmas season. It’s also a gift that can be re-gifted to witness to unbelievers too! Simply print your PDF (see below) and cut the Gift Tags out. Cut a hole and tie to a candy cane with a Christmas Ribbon.

Also check this out! I also gave this adorable punny paper towel gift tag to my group of bible study ladies last year.

Simplistic Wire Holly Wreath Craft for Christmas

This post may contain affiliate links or ads. Read my privacy policy and disclosure policy here.

November 3, 2019 by Ashley at Frugal Coupon Living Filed Under: Christmas, Crafts, DIY, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Social Media

published date: November 03, 2019
modified datt: November 03,2019

DIY Minimal Christmas Wreath. Tutorial on how to make a simplistic wire Holly Wreath craft for Christmas. A few simple steps and supplies create a beauty farmhouse wreath.

Holly Wreath Craft

We wanted to add our own ideas to last year’s DIY Christmas Wreaths. Because we are pretty pumped about simplistic crafts, this wreath was just that – easy.

Using wire, felt, and pom-poms, create an easy and elegant Christmas Wreath for the door, to hang from Kitchen cabinets to display to adorn a Christmas vignette in your home.

Christmas Wire Wreath Supplies

Just a few simple supplies make this elegant holly wreath.

  • Copper craft wire – 14 or 16 gauge (we used this Copper Wire)
  • Craft pliers (this pack of three is highly rated)
  • Felt fabric (we used two sades of green)
  • Scissors
  • Craft glue or hot glue gun
  • Pom poms

You can actually find these red pom poms at the Dollar Store!

Christmas Holly Wreath Directions

You can use 14 gauges or 16 gauge wire to make the wreath base. Determine the size of the wreath and circle the wire 2 to 3 times creating the determined round wreath base. Coil the open ends of the wire around the base band. (Our wreath is about 8 inches across.)

Next, cut small pieces of wires from the same wire bundle. These small wire pieces will be used to create branches around the wire base.

Like the image below, take any one of the wire pieces and coil half of the wire around the base tightly. Keep the other half (more or less than half as you prefer) of the coiled wire facing outside or inside of the round wire base.

Continue to add the small wire pieces to the wire wreath base. Keep the branches relatively close (but not too close) to each other. Spread apart like branches on a bush or tree.

Personalize your wreath: You can coil and fill the whole wreath base with the small wire branches or you can fill one fourth of the base like I did.

Next, we chose two different shades of green colored felt fabrics (or you can chose one color if you want to). Trace small leaf shapes on the selected felts and cut them out nicely.

If using hot glue, prepare the hot glue gun. Take a felt leaf cutout and attach it with a small wire branch on its outer edge by gluing any one of the open ends of the leaf. Glue half of the leaf with the wire branch, keeping the other half intact.

Continue to glue felt leaves with the wire branches.

Once the open ends of the wire branches are filled take the remaining felt leaves and slightly fold the half of the leaves along the middle line. This is to give the leaves a cute 3-D look. Apply glue along the fold to secure it.

Now attach the half folded leaves between the previously glued leaves on the wire base. Try filling the wire branches.

Done attaching the leaves? Finally, select some red or white pompoms and attach them on the leaves.

Display and enjoy!

Our Pinterest community and I would love to see how this worked out for you. Share your final Wire Wreath Craft craft.  Leave a comment and/or add a photo here on Pinterest!
