Frugal Fashion Friday Relaxed Boho Outfit

It’s another Frugal Fashion Friday.  I love dressing up but honestly my favorite outfit is always jeans and a tee. I love feeling relaxed but still remain on trend. A trucker hat is great for those bad hair days, aviators hide the lack of beauty effort, and relaxed jeans allows you to lay around enjoying a laid back day.

Relaxed Boho Outfit

Black Batwing Cardigan $19.99. Cardigans are my favorite, especially loose ones that can be worn with thick or thin fabric underneath. I often wear my cardigans over my clothes to the gym – so dress them p or dress them down. We love this batwing cardigan with a fun aztec design. FREE Shipping included.

Red Owl Always Love You Tank $24.00. Owl Always Love You is a cozy cotton tank top designed by jshoemake15 for Design By Humans. Pick up this tank and support one of their global artists today.

Destroyed Medium Wash Denim Midi Shorts $26.00 $39.50. Loving these destroyed denim shorts featuring baked-in wrinkles, faded detailing, and rip-repair destruction on the front for the ultimate laid-back look. Also dress them up with a flowy dolman tee or peasant top.

Lucky Brand Nirvana Drawstring Shoulder Bag $85.67 $168.00.  With a beautiful cognac fringe, this hobo bag includes interior back wall zipper pocket and two interior multi-function pockets.

Washed Out Black Converse Slip Ons $27.99 $55.00 Signature Chuck Taylor All Star accents including the iconic rubber cap toe, textured toe bumper, contrast sidewall trim, dual air vent portholes on medial side and All Star rubber heel patch. These are closet staples.

Blue Indigo California Love Trucker Hat $18.00. Let the trucker hat return! I love a good all ball cap on a relaxed day (even when I am having a good hair day!) FREE Shipping included on this item. This Billabong Hat is available in Bikini Red and Charcoal from $12.95.

Classic Gold and Dark Green Aviators $14.99. Sunglasses might be about protecting your eyes, but on Frugal Fashion Friday they are about Fashion. We love a classic aviator with most any outfit!

Natural Eye Redness Home Remedy

Always consult your doctor. I am not a medical professional.

Got Irriation? Eyes that are pink can be nothing but a nuisance. They are not pretty or fun. But it happens, so the best thing to do is to get rid of it as quickly as you can.  I do my best to avoid prescriptions in favor of essential oils as a natural treatment. I find this to be a great recipe for my bathroom cabinet. Just 3 Young Living Oils and a little bit of almond oil to create this effective relief  from minor redness without resorting to chemicals.

For relief from minor redness, eucalyptus radiata, lavender, and melaleuca are good oils to use – but I wouldn’t use it on children who couldn’t FOR SURE keep their hands away from their eyes all day long, because if they rub it in it will burn! This mixture goes on the outside of your eyes, away from your actual eye.

Ingredients:

  • 15 drops Eucalyptus Radiata
  • 7 drops Lavender
  • 7 drops Melaleuca
  • 1 Tbsp. almond oil
  • Dropper – I found this one on Amazon that would be perfect for this mixture!

Directions:

Combine eucalyptus, lavender, melaleuca, and almond oil in bottle – shake well.  To use: apply a small amount under eye just above the bone. Rub around the eye area like you are painting on glasses. Repeat as needed throughout day taking care to NOT get mixture inside eye at all.

If symptoms persist, see your doctor.

Dye the egg white, not the egg shell to create these Neon Deviled Eggs. This Easter egg dyeing technique creates a fun recipe outside your typical egg dye tutorial.

Easter Neon Deviled Eggs
