Mini Marshmallows
Cellophane Bags or Sandwich Bags
Printed Bag Tags (get below)
Stapler

Directions:

Print included PDF and cut into individual tags.
Place mini marshmallows in bag.

If you are a lover of Girl Scout Cookies, and Do Si Do’s in particular you will love this healthier and protein packed alternative to downing half a box of cookies! Have it for breakfast. a pre workout snack, or as your dessert! Peanut butter, vanilla, and a hint of chocolate combine to create a creamy, delicious cookie flavor favorite, the Do-Si-Do’s. Need a little something to sweeten the deal? Skip the processed white sugar and use some honey.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of Almond Milk
1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete French Vanilla Powder
frozen cubes plain Greek Yogurt*
1 Tbsp. creamy Peanut Butter
1 ½ tsp. cocoa powder
optional: honey

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy. If desired add honey a tsp. at a time to sweeten. Serve in a frosted glass.

*I like to use frozen yogurt in place of ice to create my smoothies this will keep your drink from getting watered down and losing flavor. Fill ice cube trays with yogurt and pop in freezer, once frozen transfer to a zip top freezer bag. Use a sharpie to write yogurt and the date. These can be used as a base for any flavor!

Healthy Tips: This recipe is for a serving. Multiply as needed! These are all done easily in the blender. Almond milk can be replaced with any kind of milk, including soy, coconut or rice milk.

1 Tbsp. creamy Peanut Butter
1 ½ tsp. cocoa powder
optional: honey

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
If desired add honey a tsp. at a time to sweeten.
Serve in a frosted glass.

Treat yourself to a classic Girl Scout Cookie flavor but with a healthy twist with the benefits of Juice Plus+ Protein Powder! This Thin Mint Smoothie is at the same time delicious and packed with protein for a guilt free treat- you could even feel good about having it for breakfast! You only need 4 ingredients (5 if you want to sweeten) to create your yummy smoothie.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of Almond Milk

½ tsp mint extract or use a couple drops Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil

Lavender Lemonade

I am always ready for a lemonade, even in the dead of winter. This tasty beverage, with a touch of lemon and lavender, will be sure to please a quenched-thirst.

Ingredients:

1 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice, pits removed, pulp added
1 cup raw honey
2 drop Lavender essential oil (add more or less as needed) – This was is safe to ingest and under $20!
2 drops Lemon essential oil
6 cups of water

Directions:

In a small saucepan, bring to a boil 2 1/2 cups of water.
Remove from burner and add raw honey. Stir until disolved.
Add two drops of Lavender essential oil
Cut lemons, remove the seeds and squeeze lemons into a glass pitcher (it is wise to use glass when using Young Living Esential Oils).
Add honey water to lemon juice in the glass pitcher.
Add another 2 1/2 cups of cold water.
Add two drops of Lemon essential oil.
Refrigerate until ready.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Carrots

What a fun idea for the Easter Bunny – leave out some Chocolate Covered Strawberry Carrots using Orange Candy Melting Chips. This is a very simple 2 to 3 ingredients recipe for your little bunnies during Spring.

Ingredients:

1 lb Strawberries
8 oz Orange Candy Melting Chips
Orange Sparkling Sugar (optional)

Directions:

Gently fluff stems upward on strawberries.
Place strawberries in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Melt chocolate by mucrowaving for 30 seconds, stirring and repeating until melted and smooth.
Get a piece of wax or parchment paper large enough to hold all strawberries.
Use a spoon to spread chocolate near the stem around the top.
Holding by the stem either dip or spoon chocolate over the berry.
Optionally you can sprinkle with sparkling sugar.
Place on paper.
By chilling in the freezer, the chocolate will set up immediately.
