Copycat Olive Garden Toasted Ravioli

So many of you loved the Copycat Olive Garden Dressing, now we have another Copycat Italian Recipe from Olive Garden. Make these easy and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS Toasted Ravioli in your home.

]Ingredients:

16 oz package thawed Meat Ravioli
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 cup Flour
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
Grated Parmesan (for garnish)

Directions:

Beat water with eggs together.
In another bowl, combine oregano, basil, garlic salt and bread crumbs.
Place flour in a third bowl.
Heat oil to 350 degrees.
Dip each ravioli in flour then in egg wash and finally in bread crumbs and set on plate for 3-5 minutes.
Carefully place in oil and fry until golden.
Place on rack or paper towels to drain.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve with you marinara sauce.

Copycat Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce Recipe

I think I could visit Olive Garden every week. Their endless soups and salads really are the best. Since the restaurant is far away from my home, I had to perfect the dressing at home and think I did a pretty good job with this Copycat Olive Garden Dressing. If you love copycat recipes as much as my home, try this Copycat Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce. We made this recipe with fresh shrimp (we do live in Florida), but if you use the frozen shrimp, thaw it out ahead.

Ingredients:

Sauce:

1 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tsp minced Garlic
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
3/4 cup Milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1 beaten Egg Yolk
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Pasta & Toppings:

8 oz Fettuccine
6 Medium Raw Shrimp (thawed if frozen)
2 oz Broccoli pieces

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Steam fresh or frozen broccoli.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drizzle shrimp with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 7-8 minutes.
In a skillet or large pan over medium heat, combine butter, garlic, cream and milk.
Cook just until ready to boil and remove from heat.
Temper egg yolk by taking a few spoons of liquid from pan and whisking into egg yolk to raise temperature without scrambling it.
Add tempered egg yolk and Parmesan to pan and whisk to incorporate.
You can gradually add a little more milk if too thick.
Add in pasta and gently toss to combine.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to plate and add broccoli and shrimp.
Garnish with additonal Parmesan and parsley.

For all those Walt Disney World Resort fans, get ready for The Dark Side of Force! After a wildly successful Star Wars Half Marathon at Disneyland Resort, the powers that be have decided to bring the fun and excitement to Walt Disney World Resort as well! This Star Wars themed race will be loaded with fun and excitement to fit any age.

The Star Wars Half Marathon – The Dark Side is run Disney’s latest creation and it just might be the best one yet. Slated to be held on April 14,15,16 and 17th, the race will be made up of several different events for every level of fitness. Even the kids will have races to compete in that center around the exciting Star Wars theme.

If you are powerful enough and can channel your inner Jedi, you will finish the 10k and half marathon that they have on tap. That will gain you entry into the special of specials for the weekend – The Star Wars Dark Side Challenge!

If you are a huge fan of Star Wars or simply love to get your run on, this is a weekend you will not want to miss. The entire set up will be Star Wars themed and even the medals will be centered around the Force and Star Wars. There will be prizes, merchandise and tons of character fun throughout this exercise filled weekend so be sure to start training now to get ready!

The Disneyland Resort races are all about the Light Side of the Force and are similarly loaded each time with fun and options. After the huge success they enjoyed, this Star Wars themed race will be all about the Dark Side of the Force.

If you are lucky enough to attend both and complete the special challenges, you will get the ultimate reward for Star Wars skills – The Kessel Run Challenge Medal. The wonderful thing about this contest is the fact that it merges tons of things we love.

In one place you get to enjoy fitness, running, Star Wars and Disney in a competitive environment for all ages. This makes for a weekend well worth the price of admission and something that you and your family will always remember.

The event is set to begin accepting registrations on September 22nd for the East Coast at noon. The excitement is sure to drum up plenty of runners from across the United States and world so be sure to secure your spots early. This awesome event is going to be extremely popular!

Fritos Bagged Walking Tacos Recipe

Plan a block party and make it a fun fair or camping theme with this easy to do entree – Walking Tacos are tasty and exciting to each and best of all, clean up in incredibly easy!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb Ground Beef
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
7 Lunch size bags of Fritos*
Shredded Lettuce
Shredded Cheese
Diced Tomatoes
Jalapeno Slices
Taco Sauce
Sour Cream, etc.

Directions:

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add seasoning and 1/4 cup water.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Gently crush chips in each bag.
Open top of bags and roll down edges.
Add a meat and cheese and your favorite toppings and gently toss with a plastic fork.

*Also use Nacho Doritos and Cool Ranch Doritos!
