Download this 30 Day Gratitude Challenge PDF. Daily exercises to increase your gratefulness. By the end of this 30-day gratitude challenge calendar, you will have created a solid gratitude habit! Turn life’s lemons into lemonade.

30 Day Gratitude Challenge PDF

30-day gratitude challenge PDF

Have you taken the November Gratitude Challenge? Basically every day in the month of November you list one thing you are grateful for. I have tried to do this every November and it is great way to enter and approach the holidays? However, it isn’t enough. With the end of the school year, crazy schedules and the approach of summer, I admit, I need another gratitude challenge.

So I am taking the May 30 Day Gratitude Challenge. Honestly this can be done any month, but I am approaching it this May through the chaos of different season, a season other than November. There are many ways I have approached the gratitude challenge in the past. I have done it with no direction, just thinking of a reason to be thankful every day. I have done it alphabetically thinking of something I am thankful for that starts with an A, the next day B then all the way to Z. This Summer 30 Day Gratitude Challenge I am approaching with themes.

Gratitude Challenge Ideas

Let’s talk a themed gratitude challenge. Each day for 30 days, you focus on finding people or things, you’re grateful to have in your life, and then you express your gratitude for them. By the end of this 30-day gratitude challenge calendar, you will have created a solid gratitude habit!

30 Day Gratitude Challenge Printable

Gratitude Challenge Ideas and Themes include:

Every single day in the month, write down the following areas of thanksgiving in a gratitude journal or even on your daily/weekly planner. They could even be discussed with your family member over dinner.

  • Day 1: Home
  • Day 2: Family
  • Day 3: Time
  • Day 4: Books
  • Day 5: Heritage
  • Day 6: Pet/Animals
  • Day 7: Life
  • Day 8: Memories
  • Day 9: Traditions
  • Day 10: Freedom
  • Day 11: Passion
  • Day 12: Work/Business
  • Day 13: Music
  • Day 14: Nature
  • Day 15: Health
  • Day 16: Travel
  • Day 17: Knowledge
  • Day 18: Kindness
  • Day 19: Love
  • Day 20: Faith
  • Day 21: Technology
  • Day 22: Art
  • Day 23: Laughter
  • Day 24: Self Care
  • Day 25: Creativity
  • Day 26: Comforts
  • Day 27: Opportunities
  • Day 28: Adventures
  • Day 29: Friends
  • Day 30: The Past

Every day for the next 30 days, celebrate something related to the theme of the day. Take a photo, journal about it, discuss it over dinner conversation with your family or share it on social media.

Turn life’s greatest lessons, aka lemons, into lemonade.

Thankful Mom Hack: When my kids (or I) cannot sleep, I tell them to go through the letters A to Z listing the things they are thankful for or want to pray over. This is similar to counting sheep only keeps them focused in gratitude or prayer before dozing off.

Do you find yourself in a school year rut? Have a great start to the back to school season with these lunch and snack prep essentials. Download a weekly school lunch planner, printable lunch notes, and a list of healthy lunchbox ideas for kids. Enjoy!

School Lunch Planner

If the end of last school year taught me anything, I taught me to plan our meals. Meats were out of stock, I was ordering groceries online and in order to not waste food or to have enough of what we like, I had to plan our meals. It is not that I didn’t plan before, but I was able to spread our food out and use it for the best purpose. I felt like a pioneer woman on a home school prairie.

I am taking that meal planning a step further as we head back to school with a weekly lunchbox planner. This will allow me to assign food to days before it goes bad, for me to pack non perishable food ahead and for me to use all the foods we have before opening something new.

School Meal Planning List

Included in our School Lunch Planner are…

  • Pantry Inventory List
  • Shopping List
  • Prepping List
  • Notes List

Each day is also listed Monday to Friday and includes what to pack for snacks and lunch.

Need a Kitchen Cheat Sheet? We have a perfect Baking Conversion Chart Printable with both Volume Conversion and a Temperature Conversion Formula which is displayed beautifully as Kitchen Printable Wall Art or resourceful in your Recipe Binder for easy access.

Baking Conversion Chart

One of our most loved posts is Baking Hacks and Tips. Because this post is so frequented, we had to find a resource that was perfect for it’s visitors. Thus, I created this Baking Conversions Printable Chart for you to instantly download and save to your 8.5 x 11 Recipe Binder or hang on your kitchen wall.

Baking Conversions

Quarts, pints, cups, ounces, milliliter, tablespoons, teaspoons – it’s all Greek (measurements) to me. Is the baking drawer your toddler’s favorite kitchen drawer?  Seriously, I am always missing a baking tool or two! Lost to the toy box gods (small g – wink.) Because of this, I am always having to adjust how I measure my baking ingredients.

If this is the same story for you, this baking conversion chart PDF will be your best friend. You can even frame it and display it as decorative, yet effective kitchen printable wall art.

Temperature Conversion Formula

Is converting from the metric to customary temperature measurement (and visa versa) a challenge? Did you know that most people just add or subtract 32 to get from Celsius to Fahrenheit and don’t get a precise conversion? The Celsius to Fahrenheit conversion formula is actually a little more complicated than that.

Look at these Conversion Formulas for temperature, to get an exact number.

Celsius to Fahrenheit Conversion Formula

F = (C × 1.8) + 32

Fahrenheit to Celsius Conversion Formula

C = (F – 32) x 0.5556

But don’t worry, this is not middle school math. You don’t have to remember that. We have the Temperature Conversion Formula on our Baking Conversion Cheat Sheet Printable PDF.

Baking Conversions Printable

Want to access our Baking Conversions Printable?! We have two options for you. You can instantly download the Baking Conversion Printable alone or you can get a set of three and add in the Instant Pot, Air Fryer, and Baking Conversion Chart in one happy bundle.
