Bacon and Cheese Mini Quiche

Looking for an easy make ahead breakfast? Or a cute breakfast idea that will entices even picky eaters? Eggs are fairly cheap right now and these Bacon and cheese mini quiche will are perfect served hot on a crisp, cool morning. Does it get any better than that?

Ingredients:

8 fresh eggs
4 slices bacon cooked and chopped into small bits
1/2 cup diced Cheddar cheese
One 8 count package crescent rolls
Salt & Pepper for taste

Directions:

Preheat even to 400 degrees.
Grease a 8 cups on a muffin tin.
Place one crescent roll into each greased muffin cup.
Beat eggs well and pour into crescent roll lined muffin cup.
Sprinkle cheese and bacon into each cup.
Bake until egg is cooked through about 20-25 minutes.

Instructions
