Bacon and Cheese Mini Quiche
Looking for an easy make ahead breakfast? Or a cute breakfast idea that will entices even picky eaters? Eggs are fairly cheap right now and these Bacon and cheese mini quiche will are perfect served hot on a crisp, cool morning. Does it get any better than that?
Ingredients:
- 8 fresh eggs
- 4 slices bacon cooked and chopped into small bits
- 1/2 cup diced Cheddar cheese
- One 8 count package crescent rolls
- Salt & Pepper for taste
Directions:
- Preheat even to 400 degrees.
- Grease a 8 cups on a muffin tin.
- Place one crescent roll into each greased muffin cup.
- Beat eggs well and pour into crescent roll lined muffin cup.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon into each cup.
- Bake until egg is cooked through about 20-25 minutes.
