Corn Lollipops – Corn on a Stick!

Corn Lollipops are one of my favorite recipes. They are really simple to make, they taste amazing…. and what about serving them on a stick isn’t fun!? Enjoy this out of the box recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Husks of Corn
  • 1/2 cup olive oil or melted butter
  • Homemade Taco Seasoning

Homemade Taco Seasoning:

  • 1/2 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoons cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Supplies:


Directions:

  1. Mix together your dry seasoning and set aside
  2. Peel the husk off your corn and boil for 8 minutes.
  3. Cut your corn into thirds and stick a wooden skewer into the bottom.
  4.  Brush with olive oil or butter.
  5. Sprinkle your taco seasoning onto the corn.
  6. Enjoy!

Yield: 12 Lollipops
