We are almost ready for Back to School but I need to get new resusable containers for my kids’ lunchboxes! I got into this a few years ago and it makes packing lunches easier and there’s not as much waste or money spent on the plastic bags! It also gives more versatility in what you can pack.

I’m a coffee fan. It is a must in my morning routine. I rotate my flavors – how about you? Sometimes French Vanilla, other days Hazelnut, and seasonally Pumpkin Pie Spice and Peppermint Mocha. Coconut Southern Pecan Coffee:

1 cup (8 ounces) hot coffee

1 drop coconut extract*

1/4 cup International Delight® Southern Butter Pecan

Whipped cream or Delightful Whip

Sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted

Combine coffee, coconut extract and International Delight Southern Butter Pecan in a mug and stir to blend. Top with whipped cream or Delightful Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Serve immediately.
