Whether you’re into beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp, you’re going to find a scrumptious meal the whole family will love.

Skewers, kebabs, kabobs, or meat on a stick—whatever you call them, they’re just plain tasty. The secret to delicious meat on the grill is a marinade, and you’ll find some delicious options here, ranging from ranch to citrus to honey-based marinades.

Want to take grilled recipes to the oven? Use the broiler! While a grill cooks from underneath, a broiler cooks from above. You can get beautiful browning without ever firing up a grill. The broiler and grill are a very similar cooking process, but you do need to monitor your meat closely when using an oven broiler to prevent scorching.
