Moving Binder Printables & Moving Organization Tips

In the past two years my family and I have moved – TWICE. One was a cross country move (with movers), the second was moving four houses down (on the same street) while six months pregnant. I {almost} prefer the cross-country move! There was nothing pretty about me walking up and down the street with a huge belly and a load of boxes (yes, protective readers, I know carrying boxes when pregnant is a no-no and I am happy to report, we had a healthy baby boy this past October.)  Regardless, I learned my lesson that hot summer, with the worse abdominal cramping. We settled in our new home, though, and with a young baby at home, I am ignoring the boxes in the corner that never got unpacked… because that just happens.

Home Staging Checklist Printable

Moving Binder Printables

When moving, I discovered the key to having sanity while moving is being organized. Because of my own need, I created a Moving Binder Printable, just for you! Enjoy it and personalize it for your home!

Inside the Moving Moving Binder Organizer

I ordered a 1 inch white 3-ring notebook. I love the ones that have the clear slip outside. This was my bible for moving (lowercase b – wink). For this printable you can get a 1 inch, 1.5 inch or 2 inch binder as I included a spine for all three sizes (then again, go as large as you want and just use a smaller spine printable!

This printable Moving Binder includes 26 pages of content to keep you organized. Many sections have multiple pages.

1.) Cover Page and Spine Title

We made this cover page bright so it is easy to find in the clutter. I recommend, however,  always keeping it in the same place in your home so it isn’t lost. Typically the kitchen counter is best.

2.) Important Dates Calendar

Print out as many as you need. We have left the dates open so you can personalize the number and months to your schedule. Add the moving date, moving truck arrival date, home closing date, bill due dates, etc.

3.) To Buy Chart

Organize your purchases with a list of where you bought the item, the budgeted amount and how much you spent. This can be more purchases bigger and smaller! Add these 3-ring binder envelope organizers to store receipts in case returns or claims are needed.

4.) Essential Basket Checklist

When you move you need a basket that has all your supplies. This includes a box cutter, sticky notes, packing tape, scissors, permanent markers, tool kit, etc. I provide a checklist and keep some areas blank for you to add your own content.

5.) Car Inventory Checklist

You also want to include some items in the car – things that do not get stuck on the moving truck. Get cleaning and laundry supplies, pet food, perishable groceries, 7 days of clothing, etc.

6.) Box Inventory

Label each box with a number, the room where it is going and what is inside (this part is optional, but for some boxes you will really care!) If you are moving your entire house, you will need many pages of this document.

7.) Moving Budget Checklist

This checklist includes the cost of moving supplies as well as opening and closing utilities accounts.

8.) Change of Address Checklist

You will appreciate this resource. We list all the places you want to notify for changing and updating your address.

9.) Utility Service Information

This includes the name of the company, account numbers, cost, etc. This would be a good resource/page to print multiples. It also allows you and your spouse to communicate on one page without the question – did you do this? Or what’s that password agian?

10.) Move-in Cleaning Checklist

If time permits, even if just a day, we provided a checklist to clean your new home BEFORE you move in. Trust me, you will thank me later. This also provides a deep clean before furniture and boxes get in the way. Use it for your old home and your new home.

11.) Donation Tracker

For taxes, keep track of all your donations and the value.

12.) Thank You Notes

Thank those that help you move!

13.) Color Codes Box Labels

We have created a color coded label for each area of the home. We left some blank for your personalized use. We also included labels for fragile boxes! The white circles provided allow you to number the boxes. For example Master Bedroom 1, Master Bedroom 2, Master Bedroom 3…

For all of these sections, you can print as much as you need! If you have a really large donation list, print two or more pages of the donation tracker.

Essential Moving Basket

I told you above I included a essential moving basket checklist. Have a small basket in which you keep sharpie markers (for marking on boxes), packing tape, scotch tape, a box cutter, tool kit, paper towels, scissors, something to write with and your moving binder. This will be your best friend when packing boxes and unpacking boxes. Do not forget this basket!

Moving Labels Printable

I personally prefer to have my printables professionally printed at Staples. I can save on printer ink and get quality paper. All of these are fine for your home printer, but below are directions if you would like to do the same.

How to Print at Staples

Please follow the steps below to print your printables at Staples. You can also follow this video tutorial.

  1. Have your PDF, Word Document or printable saved to a folder on your computer.
  2. Sign in or create a Staples account.
  3. Return to the Staples Printing Service Page.
  4. Scroll down to Self-Service printing.
  5. Go to Start Project.
  6. Go to Documents Printing.
  7. Select Browse.
  8. Select the Buy Now Button under color.

  10. Select upload files (to upload a file from your computer).
  11. Add more files or select the blue upload button.

  16. Choose the correct orientation of your project – landscape or portrait.
  17. I changed my media to 8.5×11  67 lb card/coverstock (I prefer a card stock feel over printer paper feel. It makes the paper very durable and sturdy.)
  18. Save your product to Staples or select add to cart on the bottom right.
  19. Proceed to checkout.

You can choose to ship to your home or to pick up at your local store. Pay online and show your invoice when you pick up (I just show the order number on my phone at pick-up.) The order invoice will arrive in your email inbox.

Moving is hard! There are a few posts you will want to read and save to get you organized.

Need to spruce up your current home? Looking for DIY home improvement ideas? No need for pricey home renovation. Take a look at these Older Home Improvement Ideas and budget-friendly DIY Home Improvement Renovations you can do all on your own!

Older Home Improvement Hacks

Older Home Improvement Hacks and DIY Renovation Ideas

My family’s current home is just outside the District of Columbia, in Northern Virginia. The majority of homes here are fairly old, and some are straight-up historic. I’m not saying they are as old as the historic DC monuments, but they are pretty close (I’m kidding… mostly.) I can name some friends that are living in 50-year-old homes, and some even have 100-year-old homes. Several of the old homes out here are in such bad shape that they end up getting scrapped altogether. While our home isn’t quite as old as some, I’ve made it a point to preserve it as best I can so that it stands the test of time.

DIY Renovations

While I was hunting for a home here, I always had my Pinterest house goals and home improvement ideas in mind. Since most of the homes I was shown were older, I tried to envision the DIY home improvement renovations and upgrades that I’d implement. I wanted my post-renovation home to be a comfortable and beautiful space for my family of 7, but the renovations would also ultimately play a part in making an adequate profit on any future sale we might have. Pinterest quickly became my best friend for DIY Home Improvement Ideas, and I soon gathered an impressive “to-do” list of renovation inspiration.

This list started as my personal Pinterest vault of DIY home improvement goals. Since my board is hidden, I wanted to share it with all of you here! I hope you try out these DIY Home Improvement Hacks along with me to improve our collective home project by project, weekend by weekend. Without further ado, here are my favorite Pinterest home improvement ideas!

Older Home Improvement Ideas and Hacks

Cassidy is my favorite when it comes to home improvement ideas. This $60 Carpet to Hardwood Stairs Home Improvement Hack is definitely on my home improvement to-do list!

I’ve found that the outlets in older homes always tend to be in the most inconvenient places. Hide all of those unsightly cords for under $10 with this burlap cord cover home improvement idea. We used a tan and white extension cord  in our home in case of any peek-a-boo showing (though not necessary, I love this brand of cord and it is so affordable!)

It turns out, 50-year-old air grilles get pretty dirty! This DIY Home Improvement Air Vent Idea lends a clean, vintage look to any home, old or new.

I am doing this bathroom DIY home improvement idea ASAP! Repaint your bathroom tiles and add a beautiful touch with stencils! Repaint your builder grade beige tiles with this Home Improvement Tutorial. All the items you need are listed in the Hometalk post.

Bathroom Vanity makeover

You need less than $50 to makeover your bathroom vanity with this easy DIY home improvement hack. Find the tutorial on DIY Vanity Makeover.

Old home cords lying around all over the place? Instead of spending your money on an electrification or having to learn to cut into the wall yourself, opt for this Quarter Round Cord Hack from Home Depot. It’s so easy to snake your cords through the baseboards to hide them without tearing up your walls.

An updated banister and painted stair rail makes your staircase pop with a colorful accent. Paint the spindles white and the handrail black for a modern, clean look. It won’t take up loads of your time, either! Add a seagrass rug runner for chic bonus points.

how to paint banister black

Tired of your outdated yellow oak railing? You can also use General Finishes Java Gel to paint your banister for under $25. Win! Just tape around the edges with Green Frog Tape to protect your white spindles.

These were included in our home staging tips, too! If you’re painting in a tight space or up against a wall, try this hack. Tape construction paper on the wall to protect it from any stray paint. While we’re on the subject, download our home staging checklist! There are some great tips that can serve as home renovation ideas, too.

A bucket of paint and new hardware are all you need to switch up the warmth of your hallways. Painting gray interior doors gives your interior a cool, sleek look.

Vintage green bathrooms are actually beautiful — when styled the right way. If you’re not blessed with one from the get-go, here’s your sign to create it yourself. Don’t worry if you don’t have extra money lying around — this DIY home renovation project won’t break the bank. Joanna Gaines has blessed us with three ways to style green tile until you want to paint or replace it.

Fireplaces are another classic feature of older homes. I prefer an automatic fireplace, but my husband is partial to wood-burning ones. Most of these old homes favor his preferences, so I hunted down this White Wash Brick Fireplace Tutorial.

Our old cabinets could definitely use a refresh. In some spots, you can see where years of wear, tear, and layers of paint have accumulated. Upgrade Bathroom Cabinets with this Simple Home improvement Idea. Gorilla Wood Glue, wood pedestals, and scrap wood totally revamp these cabinets in this DIY home improvement tutorial!

Plantation shutters are my ultimate window goals, but I don’t have the budget for them yet. Still, I needed a way to redo our old window treatments. My house’s window curtains from 1960 were still in our home when we moved in — yikes! For a budget-friendly DIY home improvement upgrade, I went with budget friendly window treatments – light and airy IKEA white drapes, black curtain rods and natural bamboo shades.

I think we can all agree that popcorn ceilings are just awful. If you’re sick and tired of looking at your popcorn ceilings but can’t afford a total makeover, follow this tutorial to find out how to Easily Hide a Popcorn Ceiling. Bella Tucker’s entire kitchen and living space was done for under $500 with Styrofoam Ceiling Tiles. Take your ceilings from drab to fab!

This DIY home improvement project turns your outdated bathroom into your dream spa oasis. Paint Bathroom Tile with a Rust-Oleum Tile Transformation kit. Pink Little Notebook walks you through the entire process.

Full kitchen renovation landing outside your budget? Just follow these steps to replace and reface your kitchen cabinet doors with solid wood doors. This DIY home improvement project completely upgrades the entire look of your kitchen without the steep price of renovation!

Did you know you can update your garage door by staining it? I’m in love with how this DIY home improvement project looks. So easy, so cheap! We recommended this Minwax Gel Stain.

Shutters can completely transform a home’s curb appeal. You can easily paint yours to refurbish the look of your home. Don’t have shutters, but still want the look? You can make your own home shutters with this tutorial.

This easy DIY home improvement project is so simple, but makes all the difference in the world. Replace all old switches with new style switches.

Ever wondered what those fake kitchen drawers were even for? Here’s one answer! Add towel bars to any of your fake kitchen drawers under the sink. That unused space becomes useful with this DIY home improvement tutorial!

Update the outdated half wall for added aesthetics AND extra storage space. Turn your half wall into a built-in bookcase with this DIY home improvement tutorial!

Guess what? You Can Tile Over Linoleum. Our is from 1960, so this is definitely on our to-do list. If you’re not ready to get all the way down to the concrete floors, this is a good fix for you.

These updated shower fixtures turn outdated fixtures new without the plumbing work. Total price? Just $35 for this cheap DIY home improvement hack!

Girl, I got your back. As a mother of five, I have learned to swim in the chaos of motherhood. By swim, I mean tread water. (At least, I am not drowning, right?!) I accepted the KonMari Challenge with Dollar Store Solutions, but the clutter seemed to return. That is why I have to pull out a Monthly Declutter Challenge a few times a year. This spreads out my to-do list, gives me direction for cleaning up our home, and makes the task fun!

KonMari Method Declutter Challenge Checklist

Declutter Tips, Tricks & Solutions

Initially, this Declutter Your Home Checklist seems very daunting. We have some declutter tips and hacks for your challenge to keep your sanity.

Where can I sell my stuff?

Want to make a few dollars? We have a few places you can sell your stuff when declutting. Two places are my favorite. First, Facebook Marketplace is great in my area and typically I make back close to the price I paid on many name brand items. I also like to send my kids clothes to Thread Up (get $10 credit and/or request a ThredUp Clean Out Kit bag.) This allows me to earn money on clothes that no longer fit and buy new consignment clothes that do fit. Lastly, take a look at Decluttr to buy and sell technology.

What if I skip a day on the Challenge?

Things come up, I get it. If you can avoid skipping a day, please do. It can be hard to catch up having to do 4 days of cleaning on Day 31. If  you do find you missed a day, move on and come back to that day at the end of the challenge.

What if the 31-Day Challenge is not enough?

Repeat the process the next month. In fact, if you are a real neat freak you can do this challenge every month, for 12 months. Just do a little bit each day!

How often do you do this Declutter Challenge?

I try to adopt the challenge twice a year. Typically January after the chaos of Christmas and then again in late spring/early summer as the end of the school year approaches. If I am doing extra well (or would it be extra bad?), I take on this challenge again at the start of the school year.

I work full time, how can I declutter my house quickly?

Honestly, this is a process. There is no way to tackle all of this in one day, but you can group days or take the challenge on a few weekend. If you are doing it day by day, some of these days require more time than others. For example, I can clean my junk drawer in a few minutes but my Kitchen Cupboards might take a few hours on Saturday. Skip more challenging days and save them for the weekend. Use the weekdays to tackle smaller tasks.

Busy Mom Life Hacks. Everyday mom solutions for moms on the go. From morning routine, to app that connect your family, the crazy sock tip and a dinner solution that will become a a weekly tradition!

Busy Mom Life Hacks

We were in survival mode for two years. Does anyone else go through a season where you are barely making it? This season was a bit too long but I was working full time plus a part-time stay at home mom with twin newborns and a 14 months old. As they grew, the chaos seemed to grow too. More to do, more to accomplish, a never ending to do list trying to win at both work and home.

I wasn’t winning and I had to come up with solutions. First, I learned to balance both work and life/family. I am still working on that one. Second, I began organizing our family in my own family command center – The Busy Mom Binder.I tested this binder on other busy mothers to see what was missing. They were so great and I think I have a very helpful product for you!

Once those things were set in place, I began researching Busy Mom Hacks. These were hacks and tips that would help this mom functionally organize her home. Some of these mom tips I was already doing, others I asked around and inquired what other busy mothers were doing to bring order back to their home….

Thus, our …..

Busy Mom Hacks

I get it guys, I am so busy too. I work and raise three kids and cart them to and fro from after school activities In order to get a hold and re-organize my life, I created the Busy Mom Binder. This keeps your family command center in one spot. It easily organizes your home, your kids and you and gives you a place to direct your husband when he asks that home/kids question for the 100th time – wink!

This Mommy Hook has saved me many times on a grocery run. I look it to my stroller and run around grabbing what I need. It also holds the diaper bag pretty well!

One of the biggest gifts I have given myself is Grocery Delivery. I hardly visit the grocery store anymore except for a quick forgotten run or to hit the hot bar for a lunch for dinner entree. You can get grocery delivery from 1.) Peapod (what I use) 2.) Instacart (seems to be the most popular) or 3.) Amazon Fresh.

Put things in a laundry basket as you’re going about your day that need to be put away. Then when you go upstairs for bed, put everything away; things like toys and random things from my kids’ rooms. If you lay things like scissors, though, remove them from the path of the child. | Love Love Love Blog

Days of the Week Drawers. Use plastic drawers like these to organize school clothes and help mornings go a little more smoothly. Brilliant! You can find a similar drawer units at Staples.

My car and house keys are on a Retractable Key Chain attached to a carabiner. This is one of the best ways I keep my hands free, especially unloading three kids from car seats and carrying all their stuff! It especially saves me from loosing my keys. I always know they are attached to my bag with a carabiner. I do not even take the keys out of my bag to unlock the door – they stay attached to my bag handle. (You can watch my video here!)

Is the end of a busy day calling for a glass of wine? This Wine Bottle Stopper and Stand has been the most amazing solution for my glass of wine. No more crying over spilled wine in the refrigerator. Since they no longer sell this exact stopper, try this Silicone Stopper and this Wine Bottle Stabilizer Stand.

Read this laundry tip carefully. I can never find the right time to get laundry washed and then put in the dryer. Either I forget to switch it or I leave the house and the wet laundry sits. This is my solution. 1.) I set a timer on my washer. If I know I will return home in three hours, I start the laundry in 2 hours with a delayed timer. 2.) I set an Alexa reminder for when it is complete “Alexa, give me a laundry reminder at 4:30 PM.” … and that is how I get my laundry done as a busy mom!

Get off the floor. Protect your wood flooring easily by changing the chair glides on your dining chairs and other legged furniture.  These are the best nail on furniture glides and best of all, they don’t fall off!

If you find yourself on the go with a need to run through a  drive through, try this Dollar Store shower caddy for holding happy meals and other to-go meals. (As seen in our Car Hacks.)

Prepare your snacks and lunch. Always prepare for the unexpected, that is my motto. So I do snacks and lunches at night. This allows me to prepare for a busy morning and limits my to-do list trying to get out the door. Have a grab and go snack station (for morning or afternoon) like Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom. You can pick up a children’s lunch planner in our Busy Mom Binder.

Turn your veggies into characters! Jane Stine is a super hero. Quote straight from her “Here’s my best parenting hack. You know how kids always want Paw Patrol yogurt or Disney waffles or whatever? Bring your own stickers to the grocery store and start sticking. Today we’re having Winnie the Pooh brand spaghetti squash. It goes perfectly with Toy Story broccoli.”

So rest is everything to us. I sleep trained my kids and they have been sleeping through the night since 15 weeks of age. When my son started waking early has a 3 year old toddler, I began the solution of a green light letting him know when he can get out of bed.  The Hatch Baby Night Light and Time-to-Rise light was our solution (we actually don’t use the night light.)

Create an app folder on your phone. Put inside apps that usually waste time like social media apps. “Stop and Think” before you open this folder! Any since we might be loosing your attention on social media, make sure you are on our email list!

Speaking of apps, this is one your want to organize your family, especially if you have older kids with smart phones.  The Cozi Family Organizer App connects calendars, lists, and more to everyone! A three time award winning all, with Cozi you can:

  • Keep events and activities all in one place
  • Keep and share the grocery list in real time
  • Store recipes, plan meals, and shop for ingredients
  • Use from any mobile device or computer

Read this quote from mom hack influencer, Marleni…

We use the Cozi calendar app for more than just appointments. We use it for groceries too. If it’s not on the list, it doesn’t get bought. And with it synced to Alexa, we can update while we are in the kitchen. The calendar keeps us all on the same page with games, practices, appointments and special days as well as the needed items. The kids also made their Christmas Wish List in cozi this year.

Don’t forget to take care of yourself. I have told you in other posts how I wash my hair once a week. The day before I wash it, I load up my hair with Argan Oil. So there are days, where my hair is just too dirty. On those days I use dry shampoo (Living Proof is my favorite dry shampoo!) You can follow According to D for four days of dirty hair ideas!

Have a daily cleaning list. This keeps you on top of house maintenance. You could also use our less than 1 hour a day deep cleaning checklist. Often 20 to 30 minutes. If each day holds too much, split it among your spouse and among your kids. In our Busy Mom Binder we have a deep cleaning checklist, daily checklist, a monthly declutter challenge and chore chart for kids. Get inspired with these KonMari Method Ideas.

Busy Mom Freezer Dinner Hack

Each week, triple at least one dinner recipe that freezes well. Eat one and freeze the other two for busy nights! It doesn’t take that much longer to make a double or triple amount of a dish, than a single amount. This is a great idea for over the weekend and eventually your frozen meals will add up! This is a great way to pay it forward as well, especially when you sign up for a meal train or gift a dinner to a neighbor or elderly couple. Tip from Mary Ann at Menus 4 Moms.

Make a daily quiet box. This is a box pulled out each day for a set amount of time. Each box is assigned a different day. This is a quite time where mom is free to catch up on work, house hold chores or time to herself. With each box there is a new discovery. If you have two boxes for each day of the week, you can ensure these toys/activities feel pretty new each time they are pulled out (only two times a month!) Idea on Babies and Kids Review.

I don’t know why socks are such an issue but we all complain about them! This Sock Hack is great. First, for younger kids socks, wash them in a mesh bag. This keeps all socks together so they are not lost in the deep dark abyss. Second, try this Crazy Sock Trip from the Thrifty Couple. Each family member has a different color/style of sock, so in the laundry 1.) socks match 2.) you can quickly identify which sock belongs to whom! Genius.

Don’t Forget! Keep a do not forget list by the door. Laminate this list and hang it on your door with a Command Brand strip or Velcro. You can write on it with a dry erase maker and wipe it off with a wet paper towel. No need to leave the house and return home because you forgot something!

Mom Hack: Nail on Felt Furniture Glides

Alright mamas, I mentioned two home hacks this week – Night Light Outlet Covers and Folex Spot Cleaner. You all know I love a good mom hack, so I had to bring you one more.

I have always used the sticky felt pads for furniture, but this was recommended to me so it will be my immediate purchase after we get new dining chairs.

How do you get felt pads to stick to chair legs?

Are sticky felt pads constantly falling off your chair leg? I swear my ideal Halloween haunted house would include a circular felt pad on the floor and me running around to search every chair leg in the room for the location of the missing felt pad. I likely wouldn’t even need to dress up as I would have last nights dinner on my sweat shirt and my hair frazzled like I put my finger in an electric outlet (this is not recommended, do not try.)

If loosing a felt bottom chair glide also sounds similar to your October nightmare, take a look at this life hack an solution to get felt pads to stick to chair legs.

What are the best chair glides for hardwood floors?

If you are putting any time of furniture on hardwood floors, felt chair glides are the best. The best solution for not loosing a felt chair glide is by using a felt furniture glide with a nail.

A friend loved it so much, I made my mother in law pick them up after he sticky pads kept coming off, destroying her newly resurfaced wood floors. I felt awful seeing a black mark on her floors after two weeks of being re-done.

Nail on Felt Furniture Glides

These felt furniture pads for chairs include a nail so you put the pad right in the leg of the chair. My friends chair came with a cheap pad on the bottom and she took the chair pad off and replaced it with this felt pad for easy gliding across the floor.

With over 4,000 reviews and almost five stars, other people feel pretty strongly about furniture felt pads with nails. See some of the reviews.

One comment suggested if you have a preexisting hole, use a toothpick in the whole then add the felt chair pad.

Another said they were easy to install and look good on her chairs.

A rare, negative review said “they were not heavy duty” and the description was misleading.

Folex Carpet Spot Remover | Home Decor Hack

Is anyone else waiting for the white trend to go? With three boys, five kids in all, white terrifies me. Don’t get me wrong, I love the trend. It’s beautiful, peaceful, airy. I love it too much, in fact. This mom hack has been a little helpful.

When we first moved into our new home, I joined too many home decor Facebook groups. As if I needed more time on Facebook or any other social media platform. All of these groups have the most beautiful white couches and dining chairs, and light colored rugs. All I could imagine when seeing these magazine staged photos, were my mud-covered kids running through the halls. I would show these Instagram worthy homes what it looks like to be a mom of a lot of kids.

When looking for new dining chairs, my husband and I compromised. Only a touch of fabric but I would bring home my magic ingredient that Facebook group moms sore by – introducing Folex Carpet Spot Remover.

Your home too can look like every other Facebook and Instagram influencer, I silently told myself looking in the mirror that night.

How hard is it to keep a white house clean…

Only once answer, you guys. Hard! For real…

If you have anything that is nice in your home, try Folex Spot Remover. If you have a fabric in the home that will show any sort of stain (even if it is your son’s soccer clothes) give this secret weapon a try.

Best Spot Remover

Don’t believe me or my Facebook expert friends, read through some of the reviews on Folex. There are over 22,000, so be ready to spend some time. Of that huge list of spot remover reviews, there are an average of 4.5 stars. That is pretty amazing for such a large list of opinions.

One person’s Folex review said “this blow Resolve away!”

A second review said, ” it is free of an odor”

Another suggested for walls and surfaces, to stick with Mr. Clean Magic eraser. (I second this mom hack. I just had to erase a priceless piece of art on our wall made from orange Crayon.)

Currently, on Amazon, I do not see Folex Subscribe & Save yet. But when that bottle comes, you can be it will be on my reoccurring shipment list. Please Amazon, give us that gift!

You can purchase Folex Carpet Spot Remover on Amazon with one bottle, two bottles or three bottles. The best currently is three bottles at under $10 each (time stamp 1/19/21 at 12:30 PM ET.)

When you first use the product on a new fabric, test a small area first.

Find an Instagram influencer white house account and ask them how they keep their home free of spots? See what is the best spot remover they recommend? Come back and share with us your best spot remover too.

Together we can find the best mom hacks for spring cleaning the home year around.

I just wanted to show you really quick how my keys never come out of my bag! My car and house keys are on a Retractable Key Chain attached to a carabiner.

This is one of the best ways I keep my hands free, especially unloading three kids from car seats and carrying all their stuff! It especially saves me from loosing my keys. I always know they are attached to my bag with a carbineer.
