Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
One of our biggest secrets in our home is cauliflower. I have made rice cauliflower, mashed potatoes cauliflower, and now buffalo cauliflower! Not only does cauliflower aid in weight loss (as it is a better choice over many alternatives) it also is a good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and has cancer-fighting compounds known as glucosinolates. This recipes is easy to prep and takes under 30 minutes to make from start to finish. Enjoy!
Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup Franks Redhot Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray and baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
- Combine the water, almond flour and garlic powder. Add in the cauliflower chunks and stir the mixture to coat the cauliflower.
- Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender/forkable.
- Remove from the oven and toss in the hot sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
