Buffalo Cauliflower Bites Recipe. A homemade skinny snack with buffalo sauce for the win!

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

One of our biggest secrets in our home is cauliflower. I have made rice cauliflower, mashed potatoes cauliflower, and now buffalo cauliflower! Not only does cauliflower aid in weight loss (as it is a better choice over many alternatives) it also is a good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, and has cancer-fighting compounds known as glucosinolates. This recipes is easy to prep and takes under 30 minutes to make from start to finish. Enjoy!

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Franks Redhot Sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray and baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the water, almond flour and garlic powder. Add in the cauliflower chunks and stir the mixture to coat the cauliflower.
  3. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender/forkable.
  4. Remove from the oven and toss in the hot sauce.
  5. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
