How to dress for travel can be so difficult. With airports or long car rides, shoes on and off, up and down, in an out it can be pretty uncomfortable. When dressing for travel you want comfort (think cotton) but you also want to feel appealing. You also want to have layers for cold or warm environments. Another Frugal Fashion Friday Outfit this week!

Black Tank Top $9 – It’s always wise to have something comfortable, flattering and that can be layered. Black remain classic and hides stains well. Its made of cotton and spandex for a flexible fit. This scoop-neck tank has wide straps for better fit and is tagless for extra comfort. Available in 3 solid colors and standard sizes. Machine wash.

Black & White Women’s Stripe Maxi Skirt $19.95 $28 This skirt hides flaws, provides comfort, and gives you room for moving, bending, walking, etc. It features a stretchable waistband.

Mossimo Supply Co. Juniors Boyfriend Cardigan $15 $19.99 – This cardigan comes in assorted colors but this one is rose bonnet. I love having a pop of color and keeping an outfit simple. Accessories can add that pop. In this case stay warm and surprise cool environments.

Scarf  from $2.99 –  Awe man this scarf is sold out! However, I think that there are some pretty cool ones on amazon including this batch of fun colors and patterns. Love the back owls or black horses – really cute.  24 really cute and unique prints to choose form – can I have them all?

Brooklyn Bridge Purse $31.95 $69 – Super sleek tote with a twist. Plenty of pockets, hardware and zipper details, and multiple compartments.A busy-girl necessity. Great for travel, great for needing to put plenty of items away. Don’t forget this Steve Madden Bag  for $49.99- I have used mine for travel numerous times!

Rocket Dog Women’s Carey Flat as low as $19.99 $49.90 – Simple, pointed-toe flat design with scalloped trim. These flats are vintage-inspired style. Whether you’re pedaling to the park or strolling along the street or running from gate to gate, you can add a fresh hint of fun to your floral-printed ensembles with these lovely flats!

There’s a Map for That Necklace  $19.99 – This is my favorite. Love this World Travel Necklace, so cute for someone constantly on the go! Begin your next stylish journey! This necklace has sold out but grab a similar one for under $7!

Travel Smart Travel Bottle Set $12.99 – Conforms with TSA guidelines and Ideal for shampoos; Conditioners; Hairspray; Lotions, creams etc

Flight 001 Electronic Stow Tar. Pouch (Orange) $18 – Flight 001 Airplane Mode Pouch. The possibilities for what this little case can hold are endless; cosmetics, toiletries, adapters, chargers, chords, jewelry and all your odds and ends. Zipper closure. Not the most frugal travel accessory but too cute to keep off. We have seen Flight 001 sales on Zulily before so be sure to sign up for their announcements.

FLIGHT 001 To Do: Travel Eye Mask $22 This eye mask sky rocked in price but we can keep an eye out for a drop or find something similar. These are great for catching ZZZs especially if traveling through time zones. Also great for hotel rooms. We have seen Flight 001 sales on Zulily before so be sure to sign up for their announcements.

Cowhide Leather Passport Case $15.34 $45 This fun passport case is great for the person who always travels. Cowhide Napa Leather with 4 card slots and Side-entry slot for passport.

Coffee (or Starbucks) Priceless – Caffeine and coffee help me get going. Don’t forget the Restaurant Deals and the Fun Starbucks Copy-Cat Recipes (if you are on the road).

What is Elf on the Shelf?

Elf on the Shelf is a Christmas Tradition. The tradition has a book and a elf doll. The book is poetic and in rhyme sharing the purpose of the Elf’s visits. The Elf visits each Thanksgiving. He/She goes and returns from the North Pole each evening. Every morning he can be found in a new location in the house. The Elf has been found in the refrigerator, fishing in the toilet, writing messages on the mirror or hanging from the lights. It is VERY IMPORTANT, the Elf is not touch each evening or his Christmas magic will be lost! Each family is able to name their special elf. The elves return to their home (Santa’s North Pole Work shop) every Christmas Eve. An Elf’s Story can also be found on DVD
