If you or your little ones struggle with going to sleep or just like to have some noise while drifting off, no need to go buy a White Noise machine any more. Just use your phone, iPad or Kindle Fire! If you have an iPhone or iPad, go through your appstore to download them. I love this because they go anywhere I go – no need to remember one more thing when traveling.

I was playing with White Noise Lite last night and love that you can make a playlist and customize it for how long you want it to play before shutting off. You can also do a mix if you like more than one noise at a time. I tried that but with like five noises and it was a bit much!
