What does Paleo Mean? As defined by Webster, Paleo means older or ancient, especially relating to the geological past. The Paleo diet is based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans. The diet consists of foods that can be hunted or fished like meat, organ meat and seafood and foods that can be gathered like eggs, fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices.
In an effort to stay true to it’s meaning, all these Paleo Recipes consist food that is not genetically engineered. The recipes contain ingredients from the earth that are natural and without chemicals. Remember Paleo does not mean weight loss.
