To get us started, we couldn’t resist telling you about these Steak Lettuce Wraps. With two of our favorite ingredients, avocado and peppers and a dash of cow as the center. The meal is perfected in an individual portioned light and refreshing lettuce wraps. I mean, these ingredients leave you plenty of room to have a slice of pizza for dinner #2, or just indulge in that ice cream after your meal without all the added guilt.
Since January, we have invested in a lot of Whole30 Recipes in our home. With this new lifestyle (I won’t dare call it a diet – it’s not), I am doing a lot of cooking in the home. I have three kids. One under 6 months, and two girls and elementary school. Between carrying for a baby and making sure we make it to after school activities and accomplish homework, I need the easiest solution for food on the table – that was the goal of this One-Pot Meal eBook.
