Well, we’ve found more than 20 projects that are easy, cute, and fun for teens and tweens to make. You’ll find all sorts of DIYs here, like paracord bracelets, makeup bags, glitter pens, and more. These aren’t your grandma’s crafts.

And if you’re looking for gift ideas for a friend (on the cheap), you’ll find lots of those ideas here, too—the lip scrub, polymer clay stamped jewelry, bath bombs, hoodie charms, and glitter phone cases are all great examples.

Crafting is a great way to engage the creative part of your brain, and with a little practice, you may get good enough at some of these projects to make money on the side. That’s always a bonus for any cash-strapped teen.

Take upcycled egg cartons and recycled Christmas lights and make this pretty flower string lights for your bedroom decor!
