Menu planning is one of those things that I often think I don’t have time to do; but really I don’t have time not to do it. Inevitably if I do not plan, not only are we rushing around to get dinner on the table but I am more likely to spend more money on groceries because of poor planning and no clipping. I am also more likely to either serve my family a so-so meal instead of a balanced one OR buy dinner out! Both of those equal more money spent, which I obviously not what I am a fan of!

I discovered something new yesterday that I wanted to share with you today since it’s the beginning of a new month: NatureBox!
