When it comes to dinner I want to know my kids are getting a well-balanced meal with as little fat as possible. This is hard when I find myself running through a local drive through unable to control all the food groups reaching their plate. Something they like, something that doesn’t’ require much time of me and something that is tasty and supplies nutrients.

Tyson Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe
Makes 5 Sandwiches

Ingredients:

• Tyson frozen chicken strips
• 1 cup buffalo sauce
• 1/2 cup blue cheese (we prefer chunky)
• Washed iceberg lettuce leaves
• Fresh hamburger buns

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and place your Tyson frozen chicken strips onto a baking pan.
2. Bake your chicken strips as directed on the bag (18 to 20 minutes).
3. As soon as your chicken comes out of the oven, carefully place them in a large mixing bowl, and toss with 1 cup of buffalo sauce.
4. Place a large piece of lettuce onto a hamburger bun and put 2-3 buffalo coated chicken strips on top.
5. Add a tablespoon of chunky blue cheese dressing on top of your buffalo coated chicken strips and top off with the top of the hamburger bun.
6. Serve and enjoy!
