Our One-Pot Steak Lettuce Wraps were quite exciting, so much so, that we felt excited to share another recipe from our newest eBook: One-Pot Meals.

We worked hard and we are finally bringing you something we think you will be really proud of – ten, totally awesome One-Pot Meals for you and your family. These meals were created around the focus of preparing something healthy and tasty, in the easiest of ways. Combine simple ingredients into one pot for a complete meal that doesn’t require extra work! Next up is our One Pan Jambalaya. This tasty recipe is a rice and meat explosion of flavor and taste. For this recipe, we pick up Walker & Sons Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning – oh my goodness, it’s tasty! The meal was a delight to make and even more fun gobbling it up!

I mentioned earlier our new lifestyle with a focus on Whole30 Recipes. We went through 30 days of no sugar and starches that were limited. Since then, I do have the occasional cheat day but when I do, I like to stay in line with my new lifestyle. If I can keep my meals in check, then I can indulge in a dessert or treat when I need. Our One Pan Jambalaya has chicken and sausages but also chilies and tomatoes. If you wanted to toss in peppers, any color would be great!
