On Saturday, December 5th, join the FREE Home Depot Kids Workshop from 9am to 12pm and build fun FREE Holiday Stacking Blocks.

  • All kid get to keep their craft, receive a FREE certificate of achievement, a Workshop Apron, and a commemorative pin while supplies last.
  • Children must be present at the store to participate in the workshop and receive the kit, apron and pin.
  • Kids Workshop activities are scheduled on a first come/first served basis. Please do not arrive before 9:00 a.m.
  • Thank you for registering online to help us better plan our craft kit quantities needed.

Gift Giving for Teens can get a little tricky! Unless you’re up on the latest weekly trends and technology, your gift may be a little lack luster. It’s no secret that teens are all about their devices so, meet them where they’re at with an iPod shuffle or Beats Headphones for their favorite jams. What about this smart phone camera lens that will make your budding photographer flip, it’s a high qual camera that clips on to their phone, so cool! Do you have an Instagram fan? Of course you do! Make them an Instagram Album with all of their fav pics! Looking for stocking stuffers? Try a set of Juicy Tubes lipgloss or a gorgeous notebook. 1.) Instagram Photo Book

Instagram is very popular with teens. Consider making them a fun Instagram book or giving them a  voucher to make one themselves. Books are available for Facebook too!

Being able to listen to your music at anytime is a young teen’s desire. iPod Shuffles are more than affordable, tiny and can hold a lot of music in one spot. The shuffles come in many bright colors including the classic silver and black. This makes an excellent stocking stuffer.

The Balancing Scooter is new to the market but gaining speed. These can be pricey but if you keep your eye on the product and are not loyal to one particular brand, you likely can get off a bit easy this holiday season if this is the big item your teen wants under the tree!

What is Elf on the Shelf?

Elf on the Shelf is a Christmas Tradition. The tradition has a book and a elf doll. The book is poetic and in rhyme sharing the purpose of the Elf’s visits. The Elf visits each Thanksgiving. He/She goes and returns from the North Pole each evening. Every morning he can be found in a new location in the house. The Elf has been found in the refrigerator, fishing in the toilet, writing messages on the mirror or hanging from the lights. It is VERY IMPORTANT, the Elf is not touch each evening or his Christmas magic will be lost! Each family is able to name their special elf. The elves return to their home (Santa’s North Pole Work shop) every Christmas Eve. An Elf’s Story can also be found on DVD
