I’m a coffee fan. It is a must in my morning routine. I rotate my flavors – how about you? Sometimes French Vanilla, other days Hazelnut, and seasonally Pumpkin Pie Spice and Peppermint Mocha. It’s always nice to buy unflavored coffee at the store and then be able to rotate your taste buds delights based on International Delights favorite flavors.

Coconut Southern Pecan Coffee:

• 1 cup (8 ounces) hot coffee
• 1 drop coconut extract*
• 1/4 cup International Delight® Southern Butter Pecan
• Whipped cream or Delightful Whip
• Sweetened shredded coconut, lightly toasted

Combine coffee, coconut extract and International Delight Southern Butter Pecan in a mug and stir to blend. Top with whipped cream or Delightful Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Serve immediately.

*Note: Coconut extract is very strong; start with a tiny drop and adjust as needed to suit your taste.
Serving size: One Serving

 My kids  often go here and there – gymnastics, ballet, grandparents, school, the pool and more. We often misplace one or two things a week on our journey.
