We received this e-mail and after spending about 10 minutes trying to set up a time and date that was avialable we realized that there are additional charges that are NOT free. The actual call is free but they charge you around $3.00 for a surcharge of some sort. I wish I would have known before I went through the whole process.

My daughter received her call this morning and it was completely free. I entered the code on disney rewards and they sent me an email. In the email was another code to enter on the phone call site. It didn’t even ask for a credit card in checking out.
