I have told you guys about Artscow before. It is a nice photo website – especially when deals are not available on other sites. Just for signing up with arts cow you are given DOZENS of FREEBIES. Some FREEBIES I have exchanged from them are coasters, a coin purse, key chains, deck of cards, a mouse pad, etc.

Currently, when you join Artscow you get 1200 free prints credits (both 5×7 and 4×6), 3 8″x8″ photo books & other great photo gifts credits – while they don’t specify the “other great photo credit”  (I think they vary by when you sign up), they should be great. Mine were all the things I told you about above – and there were A LOT OF THEM!

Some Working Codes

FREESHIPPING30 – FREE Shipping on $30 worth of purchase (you shouldn’t need this code. You will have A LOT OF FREEBIES.) Expires 1/11.

DISCT35OFF  – 35% off all personalized gifts. Expires on: 1/11. (You probably will not need this code either.)

2010CLNDR12M – $4.99 calendar shipped.

Would you like to save this?

We'll email this post to you, so you can come back to it later!

CAMCASE399 – $3.99 Digital Leather Camera Case shipped.

When you log in, use the code 2010BOOKS and get 10 FREE 5×7 20 page photo books. (Thanks, Saving with Amy)

With all the FREEBIES you will come across, you will have to pay shipping. I just got some coaster today and they are actually pretty cute. Shipping is a very reasonable price. Shipping does take a long time, though. I ordered around 12/26 and got my package today 1/6 – so expect around 2 weeks (give or take.)

Get started HERE.

I wanted to just put a note in about this company. They are out of hong kong (which is ok with me) and the prints are very nice quality but they take FOREVER to get here. I had ordered prints, that were shipped December 14th, I did NOT receive them until December 26th and the other half my order shipped December 24th and I haven’t received those yet (8x10s).

But I will say, when I emailed them about my order they were very good about getting back to me (within 24 hours) considered the time difference.

I plan to order from them again, but expect to have a long wait. I was disappointed my prints didn’t arrive in time for Christmas Presents!

This explains why the shipping costs are quite expensive for prints, but if you order all 100 4×6’s together, it’s not too bad.

Just wanted to throw it out there that my order took 4 weeks to get to me. I ordered in November and received it in December. They did get back to me the next day when I emailed, however it would be nice for them to have tracking on the packages (that would probably up the shipping charges though). Thanks!

I was very dissapointed with this company. I ordered a photo book and didn’t receive it for 3 months! I had almost written it off as a loss when it finally came in the mail.

I, teo, have had a bad experience with artscow. I ordered calendars in November. They were printed incorrectly (upside down) and were supposed to be re-shipped within a certain time frame. Promised to me at a certain date, and were LONG overdue. In the meantime, when I emailed to inquire/complain, their responses were rather rude, “Please be patient,” etc. Perhaps the language barrier was to blame. However, when a customer is clearly disappointed (in more than one way), it would be prudent to be gracious and perhaps even offer some sort of compensation. They did neither. I will never use this company again.

A friend of mine got a large photo purse from them with a picture of her three boys on it and it is BEAUTIFUL! I thought the quality wouldn’t be so great from them because they are much cheaper than other companies that do photo bags. But it was excellent quality. It took three weeks to get it. So get started on those Mother’s Day gifts!

I just tried ordering a bunch of the freebies that you get when you sign up. They wanted to charge me $290 for shipping. :( So that is where the catch is on those freebies!! Not quite sure how I can get around that. But I plan on just ordering the things I actually will use.

WOW! How much did you order? I have NEVER seen such an outrageous shipping price except when I tried to ship a play kitchen from Toys R Us. I have ordered from this copy probably 5 times and shipping has been reasonable (less than what I would spend if I bought the items.)
