Not sure about Restaurant.com. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Read about it in “Who Are We” tab on their home page. I can tell you from personal experience I have purchased over 15 certificates from them. Two were no longer being honored at a Restaurant I frequented and with one call, my certificate credit was redeemed and I was issued a new certificate!
