I was so excited to take the Genesis Today challenge from All You Magazine…and 200 of you will be as well!

My first thought was that my daughter would LOVE it as yogurt. Since that wasn’t possible, I decided to mixed it up withe some fresh fruit and ice and service it to her with a spoon and a bowl. She asked for second immediately. I couldn’t help but enjoy a glass myself!

Goji Berry Juice

Come on now let’s get happy! The Goji Berry Juice is known for its ability to lift moods and energy. It is a perfect switch from coffee to start off your day.  Loaded with vitamins, minerals, and even liquid Beta Carotene and Lutein (both perfect for site), it helps your endurance so you can last through the day. This particular drink I tried in the morning. I must say that while I am normally most perky in the morning, I might use it again during my lunch hour just to help me make it until the husband gets home!

Resveratrol Juice

Resveratrol Juice struck me as most appropriate for the gym or for supporting one’s immunity during a common infection or cold.  Great for cardiovascular health, youthful energy and appearance, and inflammatory responses, this is another berry juice that contains the secrete ingredient of Resveratrol.  Who has this secret ingredient – the French!  Living on a diet of saturated fats, but maintaining low occurrences of heart disease, the secret is in the ingredients.  I also would add this particular juice to a smoothie and pair up with some of my favorite fruit.
