Emerald Mint Milkshake
Makes 3 servings. Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Peppermint Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Green Food Color
- Whipped cream and green sprinkles (optional)
- Place ice cream, milk, peppermint extract and green food color in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately.

We always have corned beef and cabbage (a family favorite) on St. Patrick’s Day. This year, our family is performing a skit for a church Talent Show that night.

I live in southern California and it’s suppose to be raining on St Patties day this weekend, so I have invited some friends over to celebrate at my house. This will also be my daughters first St Patties day, she’s only 2 months but it will be fun for me to dress her up in green
I have never done anything before, but this year we are making traps and I saw on another blog how she made the living room a mess and had little treats that the leprachaun left for them in their shoes.

We always have a big lunch at work to celebrate St. Patty’s Day. . We decorate with green (I get lots of decorations at the $1 store!) and everyone brings a main dish or dessert. It is alot of fun.
