Do you have a bunch of the $1 Vicks product coupons from the 12/26 and/or 1/16 P&G? If so, use them toward the Vicks Vapo Drops – 20ct. These should be found near the check out in most stores. They are $1.79/2.

If your store adjusts the coupon down, as they should, you will get them for FREE!
