Are you planning for a baby? Are you expecting? Might you have a little army of children at home? Whatever your case, the Mother of all Baby Showers (MOABS) might be the event for you!
A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of attending this event with a friend. Partners included Babies “R” Us, Diono, Pretzel Crisps, LaCroix Sparkling Water, Chicco, Bratt Decor, Aveda, Enfamil, Washington Parent Magazine, and so much more! The vendors each had a teaching session or a chacne were you could get one on one with their product. I was so excited to see the World’s smalleset stroller, gb Pockit Stroller, as I have been on a hunt for an easy stroller to travel with for my son.
What really excited me were the loads of giveaways, I mean big ticket items, and so many people won. At my table of 8, 6 people one huge items. One friend won a $1200 crib, another a $300 stroller. The friend I brought won 600 cans (or a year’s supply) of LaCroix Sparkling Water. The cost of the ticket, was the tiniest fraction of the value of product in return. I did go home with 12 samples of Enfamil. I was so grateful of that liquid gold for my little son. While I did not go home a ticket winner, I did get a nice bag of swag and other samples.
