When I read the instructions on the box of Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken with Angel Hair Pasta, I was surprised I could make such a gourmet-tasting meal so easily.  Great for a quick dinner!

This boxed dinner includes seasoned breadcrumbs for the chicken (not included!), pasta, cream sauce and seasoning packet.  The only prep work I had to do was cut the chicken – that was it.  Each step was so easy to follow and the final product tasted great – in less than 25 minutes!  We actually had a little leftover too, which tasted even better the second day.  The best thing about this meal is that you can feel good about it too.  There are no artificial flavors, preservatives or coloring, whole wheat pasta and no MSG.

Good Earth dry dinner kits will be in stores this June.  There are four to choose from: Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta (the one that I had), Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto and Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta.

One winner will receive a Good Earth kit which includes the Mediterranean Chicken dry dinner kit, two sets of bamboo flatware, two bamboo appetizer plates, a bamboo cutting board and a jute reusable shopping bag!

    Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta – sounds so YUMMY! My husband doesn’t eat shrimp (migraines from shell fish) so I make all the shrimp dishes for me and my 3 kids at lunch! This sounds so delightful! My 4 year old loves oranges… and GLAZED – who wouldn’t love GLAZED shrimp!!!! My 2 yr old usually eats all my shrimp anyway – and the kids would have SO MUCH FUN with the bamboo – and mom doesn’t have to worry about BPA’s, or breakage – smart and GOOD for our EARTH!
