As I told you earlier, I am so excited about the promotions running in honor of Publix Italian Days. Many General Mills brands such as Progresso, Green Giant, Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Muir Glen, and Totino’s are on sale and have store coupons which can be found HERE.

I told you more about the program HERE and also told you how you can get 18 of these General Mills Items for ONLY $6.08 combining sales, store coupons and manufacturer coupons HERE.

  • $1/4 Progresso Products

      SO hard to pick just one favorite Italian food – but in the summer I make a great bruschetta with tomatoes and basil from the garden and bread from the bread machine, enjoyed al fresco. Yum!

      In honor of Lent on Ash Wednesday I made pan roasted red peppers and onions with Classico sauce (bought on sale at Publix) on top of wheat penne pasta (also on sale at Publix) for an amazingly yummy meal for under $4 for my family of four (including Cole’s garlic bread – on sale at you guessed it- Publix).

      Our family loves ground turkey manicotti from the Light and Tasty magazine (now called Healthy Cooking)!

      Oh, my favorite would have to be Eggplant Parmigiana! Lots of work to make but so very good!

      I love just about anything Italian, and am a pasta freak, but my favorite would have to be traditional spaghetti with a simple veggie marinara sauce. Mmmmm. :)
