Can you remember the judgments you made before kids… the “I will never” statements and declarations you vowed to stay true? I mean who plans that much ahead with child #4 and #5? Certainly not I, but when it came to the pacifiers I did.

Speaking of that judgmental mother, before motherhood. I remember expecting my first child and stockpiling on the most expensive diapers…. I mean mamas, we all know what ends up in those things. Regardless, I wanted my child to be surrounded by soft cotton, to make the outside environment of my womb feel as friendly and safe as the inside. It ought that was only created through buying the most expensive diaper. Now, I just consider it a blessing if my child has a dry and someone clean diaper!
