Monthly members can cancel their Birchbox subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Simply go to your Account page and look for the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link under Birchbox Membership Details. Click to submit your cancellation. You can also contact the company at info@birchbox.com to cancel. If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription, make sure to send in your cancellation request before 12 AM Eastern Standard Time on the DAY BEFORE rebilling, otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following Birchbox.
