Do you tend to hide food from your spouse or kids. I admit, I do! Behind the boxed macaroni or in the freezer behind the frozen vegetables, my family doesn’t know where my secret stash is kept. I can only get away with it so long until my husband sees me pull something out and asks, “where is mine?”

Not to bad on the budget (compared to going to your local ice cream shop) they are actually not to bad on the belt as well.  Each of the natural ice cream bars/sandwiches is 160 calories or less and contains 4 to 6g of fat per serving! Maybe that means I can have seconds!
