I just want to let everyone know before you get this product that I have had nothing but headaches with this company. A couple of months back they were offering the free Binoculars, Compass and Flashlight and holder, for 4.95 plus shipping. We decided since we had read the policy very clearly (that you can cancel anytime, no questions asked, no problems) that we would go ahead and order it for our 4 year old. When we went to cancel they gave us nothing BUT problems!! They said everything they could think of to have us continue to receive their products, even when we made it super clear that we wanted to cancel. It was quite frustrating to have them keep saying you don’t want to cancel try us for another 2 months…. We canceled May 1st, they sent us an order May 20th…We called them and told them that we had canceled…they said that they don’t cancel our membership until the end of the month!!!! After numerous headaches of calling to talk to supervisors, and waiting for supervisors to call us back…they REFUSED to give us ANY money back, unless we paid to have their product sent back to them…we were out 20 bucks! I told them that I would tell anyone that was even thinking about buying their products what horrible business practice this was, and I plan on living up to that promise. They did not do the right thing, and I will warn anyone to not even bother with their “no problem cancel anytime lie”.

Stacy I followed up on this with some folks that orders and they did not have trouble cancelling. I too have done many trials (not this one) and also been okay cancelling. Do you know the reps name? Did you have trouble calling back?

Some suggestions – Use your credit card so you can fight charges when charged again. When I cancel a company, I also call my bank (attached to my credit card) and tell them no charges (or no additional charges) can come from this place. I also have asked the rep that I speak with on the phone to email me the cancellation.

Crossing my fingers for a better story for you.

Note: One individual I spoke with said there was almost a verbatim comment on their site. Did you comment elsewhere too? We were trying to figure out how others felt about this offer/company.
