I admit, if Play-Doh makes it my children envy it! As a child, Play-Doh was never allowed in my home. It was an outside only toy. I think partially for this reason, my kids have been surrounded with the substance since they had the motor skills necessary to play with it.

Hasbro sent us the Play-Doh Sweet Shoppe Candy Cyclone as a review and mama decided to add it to my 3-year old’s birthday gifts. Upon unwrapping all of her presents, it was the only present that had to be opened right away! This toy makes gumballs very easily. My daughter who was 2-years old the day before, had no trouble picking up. The Play-Doh must be inserted into the machine a certain way, but she understood what i was telling her and had fun going to down. The gumballs can then be smashed into candies or shapes. We all really enjoyed watching the gumballs slide down the ramp as they would a gumball machine found in a store. The kit also comes with accessories to cut and shape your Play-Doh.

This fun literally lasted all day. I found myself capping the play-doh constantly, however, cause they would walk away and those small pieces would harden fast.

Kit includes CANDY CYCLONE playset with base, ramp, globe, crank and stamper, licorice presser, plastic knife, 2 dishes, 4 lollipop sticks, instructions and 4 cans of PLAY-DOH Brand Modeling Compound.

Made for ages 3 and up. MSRP $21.99.

    My favorite toy was the swing set! I’d swing, slide, hang by my knees from the cross bar, ride the glider as hard as I could. When I was a bit older, I’d swing as high as I could and then jump off the swing at the top of the forward “up”! Never broke a bone thankfully!

    My favorite toy was always play doh!!!! I loved it and all the accessories to make food and different things. My mom hated it and now as a mom I see why but it’s still so much fun :)

    My favorite toy as a child was a doll named Poor Pitiful Pearl. I loved her because she wasn’t real pretty and I felt sorry for her. lol!! I carried her around everywhere with me!
