I used 1-800-flowers because of a promotion. I ordered a $75.00 arrangment.
A $20.00 arrangements was delivered–not the one I ordered.
After Christmas, I was leary to try it, but I went for it one more time.
Again, they did not deliver the pictured arrangement. Their affliate florists substitute a cheaper arrangement pocketing the money.
In both cases after phone calls, they made it right, but it was embarassing to send a huge arrangement only to have the recepient receive a tiny arrangement.
On a local new channel, there was an investigative report about this practice. Apparently it is widespread. If you order, be sure to check with the receipient to make sure they received the arrangement you ordered.
Sorry for the bad new, but this just happened for Christmas of last year and birthday in March.
