- 1/2 lb softened Butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Blackberries
- Whip butter and honey until fluffy.
- Add blackberries and mix just until berries break up and are distributed.
- Either scoop into jar and seal or form into a log and refrigerate or freeze.
I like to freeze butter. When I need some for a breakfast spread, I slice off as much as I need with a sharpe knife and keep the rest in a log form in the freezer.
