I have this vacuum. I think it is terrible. The cord does not rewind after short period of time properly so its a huge fight with it every time I vacuum. My husband laughs cause it wants to only rewind when Im vacuuming so its nice entertainment for him. It also overheats very easily where it just will not turn back on for long periods of time. One of the filters are clogged I clean it out regularly so not caused by that. One filter is washable the other you need to purchase to replace however nobody has it in stock ever. Not Sears where I bought it even and have not yet to purchase one online cause I am just going to invest in a new vacuum I have decided its not worth the headache. I have had tons of additional problems as well including parts of the cord somehow getting damaged when from it rewinding where I know have it covered with electrical tape for safety and have it not rewind the cord at all.
