Ipsos Survey Company

by Frugal Coupon Living on March 13, 2010

I told you about the company I have used for surveys, Inbox Dollars. While I believe this is a good place to get started, money SLOWLY ads up.

Another company that I shared with you before – Ipsos Survey Company. You can register HERE and start receiving survey invitations – you get points when you take the surveys, not for the invites. If you are a mom you will want to register HERE or a male, register HERE (this will make surveys more specific to your situation.)

So Inbox – earn dollars, Ipsos – earn points. What can you do with the points. Well you trade the points in to redeem for thinks like gift cards (Amazon included) or products. Some surveys required you to test a product, so you will be able to keep that product as well in addition to the points. You become a reviewer! Be specific and detailed on your demographic, because these surveys thrive on getting a variety of people participating.

This is an easy thing to do during lunch, sitting in front of the television, or during break in the day.

Earn Money From Home – Inbox Dollars

by Frugal Coupon Living on March 10, 2010

I have had a few of you write me in recent weeks about survey companies I use to gain/acquire money.

The first one I will share is Inbox Dollars. It is a great way to get started!

Basically Inbox Dollars is a company that pays you to read emails, play games, take surveys and shop online. The two areas that I focus on earning money for are reading emails (very easy since it is open all day) and taking surveys – I can do this quickly eating my lunch.

Sign Up – Earn $5

Read E-Mails – Earn $.01 to $.10 (it simply requires you selecting “confirm this paid email message” – meaning you read it! You can see this is easy, but the pay is minimal.)

Surveys – $0.35 to $4.00 (I did one today earning $2 for requesting a check. This survey took me 1 minute. Most one minute surveys do not allow you to earn $2 that quick.)

Play Games – varies (I don’t use this option much)

Refer your Friends – earn 10% of what they earn

Complete Offers – up to $50 . (This is like shopping. I find I do better shopping other places.)

So with all this being said, it can be really easy to at least get the emails and take the surveys. The other items might require more time or money put into it. It can’t hurt to get started and have a look around.

Free, Easy Fun! Sign up HERE.

More survey opportunties to come.

My Points – Earn Money from Home

by Frugal Coupon Living on January 29, 2010

I have shared with you Inbox, Ipsos, Lightspeed, Neilsen, and here is another one – My Points.
MyPoints is a rewards program like Ipsos and Lightspeed. Read emails, shop, take surveys, search the web – earn points. Redeem your points for gift cards to over 70 merchants (that  might make the most difficult part of your work, with whom do you get a gift card!?!)  Sign up and complete the survey – this will also help with future surveys and earn you 60 points. If you sign up for emails, you will get 5 points by clicking the link in the email (really quick to do, as quick as erasing an email. These points will add up and allow you to redeem for $10, $25, $50 or even $100 gift cards.  Trade in for gift cards on gas, restaurants, hotels, stores, etc.  With all of these offer, it is always wise to use your coupon email account.
Get started on My Points.

Make Money at Home – Lightspeed

by Frugal Coupon Living on January 27, 2010

I told you about Ipsos HERE and Inbox HERE, now I have another survey company for you – Lightspeed.

Lightspeed is similar to other survey companies. The difference is you complete surveys and receive Lightspeed Points (not dollars.) These points are redeemable right on their site for gift certificates, music downloads, household items or Paypal vouchers. You can decide what surveys you do, so you can decide to to the ones that are worth it in value (points) to you. The points roll in a little faster than some of the money companies, though, so you will find it is worth it.

Surveys – around 150 points (give or take)

$5 Pay Pal Transfer – 575 points

$10 TJ Maxx gift card - 1100 points

Again, where and when do I recommend my surveys – during lunch, nap, or in front of the tv at night.

Head over to Lightspeed – Sign up, look around, and decide if it is for you or not. I am giving you survey choices so you can see what is best for your spare time!

More to come!

Thanks, Char

Join the Panel, Earn Rewards!

by Frugal Coupon Living on January 14, 2010

What is the Neilsen Homescan Panel?

Join the Neilsen Homescan Panel and become apart of those who influence manfucaturers and retailers.  Neilsen sends you a scanner which you take to the store when you shop – this includes all retailers, from the grocery store to the mall. You scan (the barcode) of the items  you are buying, come home and upload them to Neilsen (either on your computer or phoneline.) If this sounds like more work for you, consider it something to distract the kids while you shop and you earn rewards (points!)

What do the Points Give Me?

Earn 150 points for uploading your buys, 100 for the survey on the store for where you shopped. If you shop at many stores a week, multiply the number of stores for which you shop by 250 in points! The longer you are a member, the larger the point increments become. You’ll earn gift points that are redeemable for name-brand merchandise, including electronics equipment, jewelry, household items, toys, and much more.

Have a look or sign up HERE.
