The girls and I put together a canvas print for their bedroom (see desk we just made too). I actually have two. One when my eldest daughter was younger (just her and I), then one of both daughters and I.

The kit we used is found on Amazon in blue or pink – grab the Pearhead Baby and Me Handprint Canvas Kit, Pink Elephant for $12.05 to $12.99.

I like the Winsor Newton 8-Inch by 10-Inch Artists Quality Stretched Canvas for the low price of $5.36  as an add-on item from $29.94 Please read the reviews. The low stars are because people were expecting 6 canvases and got one.

I used DecoArt DASK279 Crafter’s Acrylics Home Décor Brights Sample Pack for $16.29. I am not sure how safe it is for a child’s hands, so please wash hands well and follow all directions on the bottle.

Finally, you can see above where I decoupaged my daughter’s name in her bedroom. Using wooden letters, I traced them to scrapbook paper and glued/decoupaged the scrapbook letters to the wood.
