Did you know that Facebook changed your email on your timeline to a Facebook email account?  Not sure why or what I’m supposed to do with it, so here’s how to get it back to normal so people can contact you via email, if you wish.

Click the “About” page on your Facebook profile.  It’s on the left underneath your profile picture, same as on my FCL page.  After you click it, look under contact info and see what email address is listed.  If it’s a Facebook email, click edit and change it to an email address that you check.

Then, decide if  you want it hidden or visible.  Just select from the drop down the selection that you want.

Now, once again, we’ve got News Feed issues!  Facebook still only shows you a tiny fraction of what could go in your news feed.  They are now requiring sites like mine to pay to reach the people that have already liked the page!  This would be extremely expensive and unnecessary.

To fix this, MAKE SURE you have selected for Frugal Coupon Living to appear in your News Feed.  To do this, hover your mouse over the “liked” button. Don’t click, just hover.  In the drop down, select “show in news feed”.

Also, “Like” posts.  That increases the interaction with the page and Facebook is more likely to show posts in your feed.  I put at least 20 posts a day – did you know that?  Just like a couple each day and you’ll see more of them in your news feed.

Most of the time, a teeny-tiny percentage of those who liked FCL are actually seeing the posts.  That means you’re not seeing all the great deals out there!  I don’t want anyone to miss out!
