The soup pot has been used this holiday season in our home, not once but MANY times. I absolutely LOVE soup, as to my kids. The other day when making a homemade soup recipe, my daughter couldn’t help but tell me how many times she loved it. That makes me feel good and I love that I can sneak so many nutritional things in something that taste so great.

Bertolli has always been a favorite in our household. Being part Italian, we love blends of pasta, tomatoes, and savory spices. Bertolli just created a new line of soup including 4 delightful choices. These ingredients also come straight from Italy.

• Tomato Florentine & Tortellini with Chicken - Cheese-filled tortellini, white meat chicken, spinach and tomatoes in a rich tomato bisque with a hint of basil.
• Tuscan-Style Beef & Vegetables - Tender beef, mushrooms, yellow squash, zucchini, carrots and celery with bowtie pasta in a savory broth.
• Chicken Minestrone - Roasted white meat chicken, pasta, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots and celery in a savory chicken broth.
• Roasted Chicken & Rotini Pasta –  Roasted white meat chicken, beans, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, tomatoes, and pasta in a hearty vegetable broth.

Surprisingly, these fresh tasting soups are found in the FROZEN aisle. In fact, it took me awhile to hunt it down in my grocery store.  My family and I took the Chicken Minestrone challenge. We love chicken and I love veggies in their foods, so it was a win-win situation. It is important to note that one container is enough for 2 people, so if you have a larger family you will have to get a few boxes.
