Holidays are coming, Black Friday is around the courner and Cyber Monday just after that. With that being said there are HOT DEAL you do not want to miss. Two such deals this week my readers jumped on were the $1 Toy Story Operation, FREE DaySpring Pitcher and Lalaloopsy dolls.

You do not want to miss a deal this holiday shopping season!

If you are missing Frugal Coupon Living on your Facebook wall, follow the directions below to keep up on the latest deals.

1- First, make sure when you look on your homepage that you are not stopping at the top with Top Stories!  Scroll down (or click where it says ‘More Recent Stories) to see more status updates and such from your friends and pages.  If you don’t deem something a Top Story, you can click on the Triangle beside it to fade it and it ceases to become a top story.  You will also notice scrolling status updates in your right sidebar.  You can hide that sidebar if you like or make comments on those statuses as well.

2- Second, The appearance of status updates and how they feed onto your wall. This has changed for friends but not so much for pages.

• Friends: To see your friends updates, you must subscribe to see all updates from each of your friends.  In the new layout, it  defaults to Most Updates.  To change this, click the down arrow next to their update and change it from MOST updates to ALL updates. This will allow you to see all of your friends information in your news feed, rather than having to go to their individual pages to find them.  It appears right now that you have to do this manually for each of your friends.  If you don’t, someone please let me know!
• Pages: It still seems to feed everything from pages you are a fan of, such as Frugal Coupon Living!

3- Lists – This is a new feature altogether. Find it in the left sidebar. This is a good one to start paying attention to.  Right now, you should have some lists that were predetermined based on groups you’ve shown interest in or affiliation with.

•  The lists can include people and pages.  For instance when I clicked on my list for Tallahassee, friends from Tallahassee and pages associated with Tallahassee showed up.  You can add or remove pages from your list.  When you log into Facebook, you can quickly go to your lists, click any one you would like to look at and all the people and pages associated with that list will come up.
• You can create custom lists to find your favorite people/pages more quickly.  For instance Frugal Coupon Living!  Here’s what to do:
• Click on Lists from the sidebar.
• Click on Create a list.
• Name the list whatever you want.  I am naming mine Frugal Living Sites.
• Click Add Friends to the list to see their updates.  When this page comes up, click the drop down menu that says ’Friend’ and change it to ‘Pages’.  Select the pages you want to see and then click ‘Done’.
• You will now see this list in your sidebar.
• You can also have a list called ‘Pages’ for any other pages you’ve become a fan of that aren’t Frugal Living sites.

Now, if you’re on my page all the time – and why shouldn’t you be;) – you may already see a section on your left sidebar under Lists that says Pages and Frugal Coupon Living may appear under that category too.  You could also drag it up to Favorites at the top of the sidebar!
